Bit late for me, I closed my account with you quite some time ago, usual reasons, slow withdrawals, only one free a week, none existent loyalty bonuses or rubbish promos etc and the nail in the coffin was I was promised 50FS at £1 on some promo and they never turned up loaded game several times, surprise, surprise.

Funny how at the time of closure they didn't seem to give a toss why I was closing, I guess now you lost loads of customers, not retaining or increasing your customer base your realizing that actually maybe you should listen to why your customer is leaving, its not like we don't have any other choices, there is countless.

However I'm glad you have come here for feedback as you will get IMO some very clear and honest feedback about what's important to us players and the vast majority of us appreciate its a business and to make money but there is always a happy medium to make it good for both sides, for playtime, no wagering on FS, free cash etc

Leaving your site did teach me something tho its better to play at less sites ( only X amount of gambling budget available ) as they appreciate you more and its easier to be loyal to one or two than ten, so your really gonna have to up your game to entice me back but look forward to you trying :)

In the past the withdraw was 2-4 hours, now take 1 to 3 days and the RTP was 96% in Playandgo and Pracmatic, now is 94%-95%. There is no reason to keep playing in Energy. All memeber of Casinomeister know What is RTP. You need to star change RTP before atracting players.

Energy Casino was probably one of the first five casinos I had signed up on when I started gambling online 4 years ago. I used to get reload bonus on "every" deposits but one cash out and now I don't get any deposit bonuses. No email or notification telling me the reason. This is like your girlfriend breaking up with you without telling you. Will you take me back?

The majority of members are very clued up on RTP and the various settings available to casinos from each provider.

That's really bad, as in the UK some benefits are counted as income even for mortgage lenders, banks etc, so that very well could be a massive form of discrimination.

To be fair to them, they're probably trying to take a low-risk approach, as they're not going to want an arbitrary finding from the UKGC getting them fined. Probably the same reason that L&L have moved to limits being applied across the board for UK players on all of their sites, rather than for individual sites.

The UKGC has made the industry cautious, but in doing so has probably created more problems and unfairness than they intended.

Ok so out of curiosity I asked my gambling mates how many use Energy, nine used to have an account including myself but none have kept playing there, says it all really. These accounts were closed from late 2018 - present.

So a good bit of that 2% RTP is given back anyway.


But what really does energy have ?

Lower RTP ( ok not a deal breaker but it is when you factor in everything )
Slow cashouts ( nearly all the casinos i use are either instant or its in bank under 24hrs )
wagering requirements on rare FS given
Mediocre customer service at best

Like i said your really going to need to up your game to get people back, only my opinion of course, sure others will comment.

Please be advised withdrawals usually take from 1-3 business days, although we try our best to handle these immediately depending on our workload.

Regarding the RTP adjustment, it is known it has caused controversy among punters, which personally I totally understand. It has been noted and forwarded to the relevant department. However, while this took place we decided to optimize not only our website layout, but also increase steadily our assortment of slots as well as the sports-betting vertical were we continuously add more events offering on-demand odds.

Therefore we encourage everyone to let go of pre-existing convictions and give it a try!

And a £10 a week limit until a SOW was done wouldn't have been a better way to deal with it than just closing the account?

Sorry but there is no way in hell I would ever come back to your casino, gambling is supposed to be fun and I can already tell I would have no fun by going back, as the dragons would say..... Im out.

Well without trying to be rude I think your experience is well out of date, many UK facing casinos for well over a year are paying instant or certainly within 24hrs to either, a wallet eg PayPal, VISA direct or straight to bank and that includes non business ( weekend ) days.

1-3 business days is extremely long these days and it feels more like that your casino either don't have the cash flow to pay people before the card transactions have cleared or its just to circumvent the non reverse rule as customers are less likely to WD esp late on a Friday or weekend knowing that they might not get the funds to redeposit till Wednesday given that reversals are banned.

I know this might look like I have a beef with Energy, but I haven't I feel the same about any casino that has the same criteria as yours.

Got to admit i do not think i have used your casino but thought i would add i really do not see in this day and age how you can be pleased with your payout times.

1 to 3 days is a long time. If i had a choice at say playing at VS and getting a nice win that will be paid out in 3 minutes or playing at your casino where i might wait 3 days just to get processed i know who i would choose.

Even the bookies sites have all sped up payments. If i use Mastercard it used to take couple days to reach bank but at least it was processed within hours now it reaches bank within few hours same as VisaDirect.

It is your casino so your choice on how to run it. But just think if you want to match competitors then the speed of payments needs improved.

I would look at it the same as any other business. If i had two chinese takeaways that served almost identical food. One guaranteed my dinner in 30 minutes and the other said it could be anywhere between 30 minutes and 5 hours every time i phoned. I know what one i would choose. Same as casinos. Why play somewhere that might take 3 days to pay out when others that are identical and have maybe even better offers pay instant.

Really??. My income comes to a good average for the UK. Add to that i pay no tax or NI. I have no mortgage payment and my car is a just fuel mobility's. Althou id trade every penny of that to be able to work i think most ppl would say im better of than a good 60% of players so please Don't feed me the Responsible gamming and its in my best interest line

You claim to be transparent, yet you skirt around the RTP issue.

I'm surprised payment speed wasn't 'discussed' and improved quite some time ago.
The majority of UK-facing casinos improved their payment processing speed as soon as reversals were banned by the UKGC.
Even the 'less reputable' sites improved. Some going from 24-72 hours to 0-8 hours.

I'd assume the thinking behind it was that if a player can't reverse a withdrawal. Then get the money to the player as fast as possible, so they can redeposit as soon as possible.

Although Energy may not have as big a UK customer base as others

Hi @brianmon. When a withdrawal is requested, this withdrawal enters a queue of priority, meaning whoever requested the withdrawal first is put first in the queue, the second, will be second in the queue, and so on and so forth.

This means that sometimes your withdrawal might take slightly longer due to this however we assure you that all withdrawals are checked and processed within that 3 working days (or 72 hours) time frame.
