If we discovered that the casino had been negligent in applying self-exclusion then it becomes an issue between Bryan and their senior staff. Casinos have lost their Accred status for exactly this sort of thing. As to whether there would be compensation to the OP, not sure. As I recall deposits have been returned in the past but it's not a black-and-white issue, circumstances would have to be taken into account.

I did not. From what I see in the case records in came down to me asking the OP for some evidence to back his claims against the casino. He had lots of reasons why he was unable to produce any but excuses do not a case make. Then he stopped responding so it was case closed shortly thereafter.
