Stunning pictures Tirilej! We also visited Valletta, what a beautiful place.

CasinoEuro is reviewed at Casinomeister. It has been listed as an Accredited casino for nearly ten years - barely any complaints.

I would have loved the continuation of your story Tirilej, it was great to hear about your adventures x

Amazing camerawork once again x

Thanks, they would just have been sitting on my computer for no use otherwise, so it's great if anyone likes them.

I don't know if I had that much story left to tell really. The third day I was in Mdina as the pictures show. Then back home and get ready for the big finale that I had planned to win.
I mean there was just 83 players left and at least 50 of them had less money than I had. I had 1600.

For some reason, or to get rid of a lot of people fast, they started on 400. That meant that if I didn't win on the first four spins I would be out. I DIDN'T WIN ON THE FIRST FOUR SPINS:(
I was out very fast. The last 32 would win money so I was a bit disappointed. The rest of the evening I was sheering for that Norwegian guy who tought me the rules instead. He ended on place 8 and won €5000. Not bad!

Then there was this ride home the next day that I will never repeat with 7 hours waiting time in Munchen. A total of 19,5 hours to get from the hotel and back home. Great planning, not. Next year they have to plan better because I will win a trip down again and then win the tournament:D

Gilliebean and her friend was so fun to have there. They made us all laugh. Really nice and friendly. So was Aceking too, and his lovely lady, but him I've met before.
Kavaman I have no idea about because I saw him when we arrived and then I had no clue who he was. I do have a hard time remember faces, and names:oops:

Wow! What a beautiful Island~! You guys were certainly lucky. Thanks for showing the pictures. The one of the blue door is amazing, hold on tight to that one. I see a lot of art work and if you ever see a contest, you might want to throw that one in. ;)

It was a pleasure meeting with new & old faces , really enjoyed the whole thing , would prod the next batch of people to have a bash for next years event , so keep it in your book , other than a few hiccups there is plenty of things going on it something some players should do this at least once, its a nice atmosphere & very friendly bunch considering how many people are at the event , if i get another chance to go i would be up for it , but play slightly different to last time.

In case anyone wants to see more pictures from Malta I will post a few from my visit to Mdina, the old Capital city, and also known as the Silent city.(except the first picture which was just a nice door I found in S:t Julians)

I had hoped that Gilliebean, Kavaman and especially Cogge would have added some stories and pictures but here is at least a link to see videos from the event.

Looks like it was amazing over there, can I ask what camera you were using?

A Nikon D3200, a bit old now but so far it will have to do. My next big win will pay a new camera, or at least that's what I'm telling myself :)

thanks :) not as old as the 400D I use, but it still takes good photos so it does me :) I find the lens more important than the body in a lot of cases though. I love my 18-300 :)
I'm looking for a smaller camera to carry round, think I'm going to get a Canon G7 x II just the zoom is putting me off, been deliberating it for over a month now haha.

They are all amazing but the one of the double doors is simply a competition winner.... surely there is a photo comp somewhere for you to enter it into....

The lens and the knowledge, filters and photoshop is all very important. We have to use what we can, or we can afford to buy new stuff.
Try it. I've heard a lot of good things about that camera. You can always sell it and buy a new one later

I'm sure there is but until I start to believe in myself I will probably not do anything with my pictures. I still just give them away to everyone that wants any. I do have my own printer. So if there is anyone you like just say so and I'll send it. They are not allowed to be used in any kind of competition though:p

What??? You don’t believe in your self!!!

Well you should! The pictures you share on here are ALWAYS amazing. Surely you can begin to see how good they are? X

I wouldn't post them if I didn't like them but that's not really the same thing.
Most of us who tries to learn are comparing ourselves with those that are really good. I'm happy that people like what I do but but I still feel I need to learn so much more...and I need that damn new camera:p

Thanks Supa, it means a lot what you're saying:thumbsup:

But this thread was not about me and my pictures. It was about Roulette, which I still don't like:lolup:

Exactly, I have had no reason to buy a new DSLR, although the lens I like best cost more than a new body would, this is the one I use mainly

Just won a G7x II on ebay for £405, almost new, less than 200 pictures took with it, with a small tripod and SD card, if I don't like it, I'll get my money back easily enough :)

As for your photos they are great, you shouldn't doubt yourself, and as long as you like them, then thats all that matters anyway, as you take them for you to see don't you :) I have some photos that are nowhere close to what an expert would call great, but I love them just because of what they captured rather than any quality or anything :)

So you just went and bought a new camera after your last post? Couldn't you have bought two?:p

I have 5 different lenses I use, some more than others. I've bought two of them last year instead of a new camera, and the printer, and a speedlight, filters, tripod. The list can be long. So this year it will be no new camera probably but a lot of good pictures;)

haha, not quite, I've been waiting to get one for ages, but wanting to get it at the right price, one was ending tonight, I didn't actually win it but got a second chance offer so took it, it was between that, the TZ100 and the RX100 II (or newer). I almost did buy 2 as I was winning a TZ100 too but got sniped with 2 seconds to go so that was lucky lol.
