So last week I get an email from Ecopayz informing me I need to provide proof of payment for 4 transactions I did via local bank deposit into my account, I immediately sent through the proof of deposits 5 minuets after reading their email, they told me My account would have a soft lock until they could verify the payments so I could not deposit or transfer to individuals or merchants until they have rectified the situation , two days past and I thought I would check up on my account as I had not heard anything from them, I logged in with ease and selected deposit and deposited funds the same way I always do, only to discover that after my deposit when trying to transfer payment to a merchant my account displayed a bright red error message informing me my account has been temporarily locked and I must contact support for further assistance  which I have been doing almost hourly for a week now and only receiving an auto reply from them stating they are looking into it ,,,,
Im furious with this crappy support and dont know where to else to go to get their attention I have contacted psyi payments and ecopayz via email and social media and the live chat on support is always busy

can anyone advise as to what else I can possibly do to get attention from them on this matter , It would really be appropriated thanks guys

Hi, did you ever get this resolved? I have the exact same problem as you. Everything was fine until I tried "local bank deposit". No response from them and I am at wits end. Thanks for any insights.

My account was locked last year after I did a bank transfer. No reason given, just to contact them. I tried through e-mails, but same no response. I just said screw it. It was only 20 dollars and not worth the headache.

Thanks for the info. I might have to do the same. Their stupid Live Support is busy 24 hours a day, 365 days a year...

Well if it is any consolation, I opened an eco account early last year, around early February 2017, And as soon as I tried do add my card to my eco account the account got blocked for no reason lol. So I tried for weeks to get them to sort it out for me. And they just refuse to help and they just ignore my emails.

I couldn't find a phone number to ring them up with either. So I just forgot about it. Until a few months ago I had an email from them that said they will charge my account for inactivity lmao. So I then went to live chat and said close my account, which they did. But I mean come on. Why send a damn email a year later saying this to me, when my account was soft locked/blocked and was unable to use it at all apart from being able to login. I had no functionality what so ever.

So to me eco is a joke of a ewallet. I stick to neteller and paypal. But it also appears that a lot of casinos that have UKGC licenses are now removing skrill and neteller as deposit and withdraw options. So it seems that once that happens I will only be able to deposit from my debit card, which I never liked to do. I just never liked to give my debit card details to casinos. For security reasons more than anything else.

Mine was the exact same. As soon as I added my card and deposited, they locked it. Crooks for sure.

Greetings , The good news is that they did eventually resolve it , it took them about two weeks to do it though, and it also happened me due to local bank deposits , what happened in my case was that their accounting was not up to scratch , I had to send them my bank statements so they could do a recon on the funds deposited because it looked to them as though they were crediting my account with funds without having done a deposit but the deposits were done and everything did balance on my side , after they did a recon with the info I provided and saw it was all balancing they took off the soft lock and all was well , was frustrating though to have the account disabled for two weeks though , so dont stress it should all be fine , to speed things up though I suggest you send them proof of deposit to speed them up bit along with a daily reminder that you still waiting for a resolution as you want to transact with the account '

    Good luck bud
