So last week I get an email from Ecopayz informing me I need to provide proof of payment for 4 transactions I did via local bank deposit into my account, I immediately sent through the proof of deposits 5 minuets after reading their email, they told me My account would have a soft lock until they could verify the payments so I could not deposit or transfer to individuals or merchants until they have rectified the situation , two days past and I thought I would check up on my account as I had not heard anything from them, I logged in with ease and selected deposit and deposited funds the same way I always do, only to discover that after my deposit when trying to transfer payment to a merchant my account displayed a bright red error message informing me my account has been temporarily locked and I must contact support for further assistance which I have been doing almost hourly for a week now and only receiving an auto reply from them stating they are looking into it ,,,,
Im furious with this crappy support and dont know where to else to go to get their attention I have contacted psyi payments and ecopayz via email and social media and the live chat on support is always busy
can anyone advise as to what else I can possibly do to get attention from them on this matter , It would really be appropriated thanks guys
