When I logged in today, I was asked the source of funds of my money. What am I suppose to answer to that dumb question? I work. I gamble. Money comes in, comes out and ecopayz is a service I use mainly when its the only option to withdraw and always redeposit with it somewhere else since their fees and timeframe for bank withdrawals are ridiculous. For an e wallet that uses the term “merchants” and never ever mention anything else, I find it very amusing that they want to ask me questions now. I was about to make a withdrawal there at the moment but now I feel unconfortable.
Basically when I get asked about source of funds or other dumb questions, even if I have absolutely nothing to hide, I insta close the account. Casino owners will have to send me selfies holding their mom’s picture before I do anything more than normal verification.
Anyone ever had major problems with them? Only one weird move from someone and the trust is gone.
