Hello everyone, i have a little situation here and its regarding Ecocard. to tell you the whole story here is the thing
i registred at vegas sky and got 38 no deposit bonus and after WR i had 200euro i wanted to withdaw, i couldn't find any withdraw option that i wanted so i needed to make a new online wallet = ecocard. after registering i deposited money to ecocard and deposited to vegas sky for be able to withdraw the winnings.
i sent all the doc they needed for verifying me but today i got this email from eco card :
"We regret to advise that your EcoCard account has been permanently closed in accordance with the PSI-Pay Terms of Use. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any further applications from you in the future."
maybe its my country that is the problem but why on earth would they let me deposit and register? also i have founds on that account, and what will happend to my vegas sky withdraw? the worst part is the CS the night before told be your account will be verifyed in few hours..
i finally got in touch with ecocard (they actually ignored my emails and blocked chat) and you can read the whole conversation :
