Ecocard blocked me

    Hello everyone, i have a little situation here and its regarding Ecocard. to tell you the whole story here is the thing

    i registred at vegas sky and got 38 no deposit bonus and after WR i had 200euro i wanted to withdaw, i couldn't find any withdraw option that i wanted so i needed to make a new online wallet = ecocard. after registering i deposited money to ecocard and deposited to vegas sky for be able to withdraw the winnings.

    i sent all the doc they needed for verifying me but today i got this email from eco card :

    "We regret to advise that your EcoCard account has been permanently closed in accordance with the PSI-Pay Terms of Use. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any further applications from you in the future."

    maybe its my country that is the problem but why on earth would they let me deposit and register? also i have founds on that account, and what will happend to my vegas sky withdraw? the worst part is the CS the night before told be your account will be verifyed in few hours..

    i finally got in touch with ecocard (they actually ignored my emails and blocked chat) and you can read the whole conversation :

    FYI i am in contact with vegas sky regarding the withdraw, hopefully they change my withdraw option as they seems to cooperating with me.

    Yes that is poor customer sevice. They should give you the reason for blocking your account. But what can you do? They have your money and make the rules (as bad as they are).

    For the money you have in your account with ECO, I would send to a casino that you know you can withdraw from. Then be done with Eco Card.

    I have used them in the past but their fees are just too much for me.

    They did, it slipped out. They believe the account was set up to launder money, rather than to genuinely play at casinos. Technically, this might be correct, as where countries restrict online gambling, cicumventing these rules is effectively "money laundering". Casinos and processors are doing this every time they process a deposit or withdrawal for a US player. EcoCard also widely participate in "money laundering" as they do not obey ALL restrictions placed by individual governments on online gambling. Eco card itself exists to provide a means to transfer money between player and casino where the main institutions block such transactions due to local restrictions. It therefore seems odd that in this case that Eco card have decided to OBEY the restrictions in Norway for once:rolleyes:
