I very often read the following sentence on OCs websites:
"Online gambling is illegal in many jurisdictions and users should consult legal counsel regarding the legal status of online gambling and gaming in their jurisdictions."
Doesn't the OCs also have a duty to check whether they are allowed to offer their services in certain countries?
From my point of view, OCs should have their own lawyers to check weather online gambling is legal or illegal. Its a little weak IMO to simply shift the responsibility onto the players.
What do you think?
