Can you explain what you mean?
Kindred had no license for the Dutch market, yet was allowing players from there to play (edit: market themselves). If anything thats worse than a dodgy casino operating, they are dodgy and by definition, don't follow the rules. kindred are massive, they should be following the rules.

This has been going on a while. They can target proper casino groups but are being frustrated mostly in their attempts to reel in criminals using remote 'licenses' from Curacao where the bigger problems lie.
From what I have seen the KSA along with the Swedish regulator Spelinspektionen seems to be the most active in ensuring unlicensed operators activities don't go unchecked in their respective jurisdictions.
They are picking the low-hanging fruit, which ultimately never solves anything. Pretty much the same as the UKGC do.I understand that, but what do you expect them to do? Your post implied they don't try to do anything against them, yet what can they realistically do? Lets also be honest, Kindred have no license, therefore are no different over there to the Curacao casinos you talk about.
Apologies, you are correct. Spelinspektionen have however, been quick in fining licensed operators, such as here Eight Gaming Companies hit with Penalties in SwedenSo what does Spelinspektionen do against unlicensed operators? I must have missed some information since I thought Swedes still can play almost everywhere.
Right but you didn't answer my question? They are picking the low-hanging fruit, which ultimately never solves anything. Pretty much the same as the UKGC do.
