Dunder Casino Support

Okay So I set up an account and fully verified a account at Dunder to find that there is no live support including phone support to claim bonuses and any other queries.

Stressed and half pissed, any help?

There's live chat as far as I can see, just that it's not 24/7

Lol, if you know there's no live support after 10pm and no phone, why not wait to deposit?
It's not uncommon for casinos to not have not 24/7 support, especially in the early stages until they've a large enough player base to justify one.
 
Yet again, brings back my sentence: "run from Mum & Dad's basement."

They close LiveChat exactly at the hour where it is usually the busiest. :what: Do they have to go to bed early? Mum putting out the lights? :confused: :rolleyes:

I agree, why close live chat at the busiest time of the evening?

I have no doubt I'll get paid. What concerns me is that I have had no response to sending my ID. These are important documents and should be treated as so. Even a generic..."we received your documents" response would be an idea.
 
I sent in my ID yesterday. No reply, no acknowledgement.
I hate sending ID over email but it's for a small withdrawal and there was no other way.
Same here, was no chat later last night.

and like you hate sending anything like this through insecure email. I wont do it again thats for sure.

So heading towards a full week with not even a reply they received my documents. Sent a pm
to the rep here yesterday and - u guessed it no reply ;-)

I am amazed actually guts allow such amateurs to use there platform.

Totally agree I sent my documents via email days ago and no response either, disappeared into a void I guess, which is worrying. I did PM the rep on here and was told my account was "ok".

probably shouldn't have deposited there tbh, anyway Im well pleased about winning the royal panda 2 year promotion so dont give a fu##!

spending a day as a panda will be a new experience

Not made a deposit no - did send in documents to see how responsive they were

result = no response at all. Not even to my PM

so far its 0 out of 10 for this lot.

About one of the worst botched questionable launches I have seen in a long while
and not in any way transparent.

Until Dunder announce who is really behind the brand I would advise giving them a wide birth!

Agreed which they have steadfastly refused to do up until now dodging the question with vague answers.
Some could say its info to be kept private ... but not when it comes to where I deposit and squander my
hard earned ££$$$
