Fwiw, I tried Dunder and everything from registering, depositing and playing the games was hasslefree, but the wr is indeed insane. No cashout so far. I contacted support via livechat in one situation and my issue was dealt with and solved properly. However, the marketing stinks a little bit, I - like others - receive tons of spam from different sources promoting them. (Rockonoffers comes to my mind as one of the extremest).

I will give another update on this, 3 times now its done it to me, Lucky it was only a few pennys, If you go to clear out your remaining balance, Just say 20p than it will auto clear the bonus but at the same time the spin will be invalid, The system does not take into account the spin and all it sees is the 0 balance,

Ok to clear a few pence but just say you had a £3 spin and got lucky, Yes they would probably sort it but its more hassle than its worth over like say 20p

I know this isnt a BBF but ill share my experience with dunder with you.

Registered, deposited, won, forfeit bonus and got my money in less than five minutes. Jihad in livechat was very friendly, helpful and fast. Nothing to complain about.

I tend to agree with that exept the withdraw as did not manage that bit

I know they probably done a few things wrong to get noticed, Cut a few corners etc, But at the end of the day its all about value for money now days and quick withdraws when playing a casino, If they can do that than why not play, I spoke to Jihad a few times and seemed a fair person, Except for the little problem with the 0 balance when have a bonus every thing else was ok, Still receiving my free spins from my original deposit,

If they start banging out good offers than who knows's, Its the offers that get me ticking now days as I need a bonus just to even stand a chance of a few minutes of spins,

Do you know something, I was in the middle of a post the other day when some one mentioned about that said 'serious accusation' when you said I would think he made a nice copy of affiliate databases and contacts to help them get started. I did not finished as a mate had come round but I will try and remember,

However I enquired on live chat about where to upload my documents and was told they did not have an upload facility but I could email them. So I emailed them to the address given and have heard nothing back, not a peep. Been several days now. Does not inspire confidence in how securely and importantly they treat your documents.

Same here sent a document through email which I wont be doing again ever! As it is NOT secure. And did this as a test and got no response no acknowledgment nothing!
Their is NO excuse these days for a casino NOT having a secure encrypted online upload point.

Not related this past month one of my debit cards somehow got cloned - it caused a mess over 250 fraud transactions which the bank did not pick up quickly enough.
Took me ages to sort out plus was without my debit card a few days while they issued a new one. Got all the money back but it shows never ever trust open connections ever.

Dunder it seems have allot to learn and allot to improve on. I wont be giving them a cent at this time.

Never did get a reply to the document I sent. Very very unprofessional and if Casumo are linked to these ... well more the fool them cause its been run in a very amateur way im sorry to say!

As Bryan said, let this not become spam haven. This is in no way a BBF or way for Dunder to get casino traffic and I understand if the thread will be shut.
With that said if you already are using the site and you have issues (like not received a reply from us etc), pm me instead of bumping the thread.


There's are a few questions/statements that might need to be cleared when it comes to affiliates.

The website "outwards" isn't up yet but of course the program is, and it is separate program with no other casino.
We have chosen to work with a few in order to be able to handle the workload now in the beginning.
Contacts to affiliates has been initiated, by us, before launch (during LAC and a bit before). When the brand name got out a few started to write about Dunder for ranking purposes of course.

Thanks for taking time to post, however, you gave again a generic statement which has yet to answer some questions posted in this thread although you are stating that you read the thread:

This forum is for people to post their thoughts, experiences etc with casino operators to inform, educate, warn etc other fellow members and readers of this forum. Asking them to PM you instead of posting is raising already red flags with me.

Yes, just get a crappy basic ten quid PAYT phone and use it as a casino one. It can double up as a spam box when at least a few casinos illegally market your number or supply it to 'associated businesses' - usually whether you opt-out or not. If you join a Casino Rewards site you may need a Smart Phone though as unlike the 10 quid PAYT ones they can be fitted with a 32GB Memory card, which may be just enough to hold a days' spam/marketing mails from them.
