Nothing personal against Phil, but I found it odd he ignored people questioning Drvegas money issues and delays with payments, instead he directly answer one or two specific withdrawals mentioned.

Surely makes sense even to state 100% no money issues exist at all. But to no do this has made me even more wary. Just my opinion.

I agree, But you have to remember they have to be very careful what they can say, Admit it will not hurt to rinesure us all is good, Main thing is people are paid off,

They lost alot of deposits of me due to not knowing whats going on,

We was told someone was only getting 100 cash in cheques than comes out it was 1100,

I agree with nutnut, and considering there have been numerous complaints from numerous people, some more than once per person, I find it hard to believe that all those would be due to KYC or wrong addresses on Skrill, especially when some people had the delay more than once (meaning what, KYC done multiple times on the same customer on every withdrawal?) especially when not a single person after getting paid has quoted that as what they were told the reason for the delay was. Its not as if they wouldn't know as surely KYC would require docs to be sent.

Regarding the cheque, the member who mentioned that was extremely clear on the amount then saying there were 10 more coming because of the max amount. It looks like at least part of it was copied and pasted from the withdrawal page as it has the date and time stamp on.

Numerous people saying no emails, yet Phil says emails being sent as normal, well not to me they aren't, I was getting almost one a day, not had one in weeks, and I check my junk mail every day too, so they haven't gone there.

Sorry I thought I had when I said pretty much all players are paid on the day of withdrawal but then explaining why there may on occasion be a delay.

Just to re-iterate and state it categorically there are 100% no money issues at all and to offer further peace of mind, we have all deposits and withdrawals covered through a Medium category protected segregated account.

I'm looking into the email issues now for you
 
I did not disagree with him. Something is not right as I have stated many of times about the emails and why all the wrong addresses business is a mystery to me. I belive that somewhere along the line there has been a major cock up,

I meant that i couldnt withdraw more than 100 euro at a time. So i hade 11 withdrawels qued up. Totally 1100 Euro.

indeed he is but justified as well the way i see it
when you are used to being paid within hours and all of a sudden it changes to the worse
people will of course start asking questions, also scares them off putting another deposit in :)

whilst your about can you give a quick explanation of where we check for bonuses etc on the new site layout.

Had a quick look, cannot see where to select / opt in for deposit bonuses or where to redeem those FS you mentioned
