DrVegas Withdraw delays / Any body else ?

I'm still convinced it's processing issues.

I haven't played in a while and didn't take their 200% offer either. They are probably the only site I take a bonus with.

I have literally give up on 90+% of sites I used to play at. I just cannot be bothered trying to read the constant updated terms. Shit promo and every thing else that comes with it.

Just a hand full of sites now days, I been saying for years that I am going to give upon alot of sites and nether really happend and now basically over a short time its happend. I give up on ewallets (skrill) also after they hold on to that ghost withdraw for 17 days, Happened again with my bank at the same machine (will tell you another time why I used that machine again) but instanlty the bank added it straight back twice, So why could not skrill see this when happend with them???
I have been using skrill for withdraws from VS, This gambling lark is becoming a knightmare. Constant rule change, errors, stone cold bonus, long withdraws. For weeks now any withdraw has been minutes or just hours, Do I need to mention the casinos. VS would of got a few small deposits today but my limit ran out on my card and had to put card details in again, Would of took me less than one minute but like I said I just cannot be asked, I will do tommorow or somthing but today I just sorted my folders on my computer instead.

I had most of the day play for free, Had the few sets of spins on rizk and managed a take out for £60 had few quid cash back of VS and won a few quid from buy ins, Free rolls also I qualified for, Also a few other sites had some free spins,

Got my hair cut this morning and put some new curtains up and some bed sheets. Made dinner and tidy up. Trying to get things sorted as my Birthday in a few days than xmas than new year,

Same here. I'm sticking to the Betsson group and just recently played a lot more at Rizk. Not had any free spins in Rizk in days even though I deposited. I thought that promo was still running?

Yes if you level up then you get 10 spins each day for 5 days. only on the 1st level up for the day, If you level up today you get 10 spins tomorrow and for 4 days after, if you level up tomorrow than you get another set of spins, so if you level up eacth day you get another set of 10 spins x5 days,

so could end up with 50 free spins daily, on bloody shit machines, But manage that 60 withdraw yestoday of the free spins
 
I get about a email a day about this 200% offer about to expire, been expiring for week now! smells of desperation

I am hopeful guys, One of the best sites going and silence is torture, Does not help when Phil is quiet, I know he is a good man like alot of reps, If there is any think I can do to help the site I would, No money low as not got much of that :)

I do wonder if it is money trouble?? As this all kicked off just after the boss done a new review of the site so I thinking did they ask him to try and push the site out? He may of took there last cash lol so any one that is owed then get to the meet to claim it of the boss :)

Its a site we do hot hear much from but they can go far, I am unsure how many visits sites get. I do know thee is annalist sites that can tell you how many visits ect but whats been deposited etc is all secret
 
The fact that Phil is about and hasn't commented is more concerning than if he wasn't logging in to me. A long thread with concerns yet not a word from the rep, even after Brian got involved. Not good.
If I were a casino with problems and was being mentioned on here, I would push these customers to the front of the queue to get paid so as others think things have been sorted and start depositing again.

Its all well and good to say 'Phil sorted it for me' but Phil shouldn't have to sort it for anyone, people should be paid without having to get a rep involved. What about the 100's or 1000's of other customers who are waiting on withdrawals, as I'm sure its not just CM members who are having delays.

Long string of concerns on here going back long enough now to make me think it isn't just a blip, but there are serious problems, and, regardless of Phil sorting it for people, I won't be giving them a penny until I see things are sorted properly, or at the very least a response from Phil, in public. Quite disrespectful to ignore the thread TBH.

As others have stated, its a shame as I like DrVegas, and thought they had potential to be very good.

There are a few exceptions, where a player has hit a total withdrawal limit of more than £1500 and we carry out enhanced KYC checks on the player before we payout anymore funds to the player. Once these are passed then the funds are approved and they go back to the normal payout approval process.

We've had an issue with some of our skrill players who have not updated their address details and we therefore had to carryout enhanced kyc to prove their new address etc.

With the Euro cheque player on Friday, we sent the funds to him directly yesterday. To clarify withdrawals limits it is a maximum of £2500 through most cards but certain MasterCard and MasterCard International only allow us to return £100 a time back to the card through Worldpay.

We did in July and August have a number of issues with Worldpay which has taken a very long time to sort but these are now all sorted and have been for a few months now.
