DrVegas Withdraw delays / Any body else ?

Is the rep going to comment on this ? Are people still waiting. Surely this casino should not be accredited if they carry on like this ?!

It's very poor. I believe they were previously very good, but have gone bad in the last few months. The lack of communication just makes things worse.

Indeed!

Prior to their re-brand Dr Vegas were formerly known as Quicksilver.

Is there any / still a relation to the UK Country wide Land based Set up ? ? ?

If so I think I could offer a very rational explanation as to why we are experiencing these delays and the radio silence.

Won't mention now in case the 2 businesses are totally unrelated.

Their head offices are both in Milton Keynes that's about all I know

Well what can I say

I have been a member of this forum for a number of years, I have seen casino's come and go, I seen casino's go to the pits, I seen casino do there best to keep a good name, Others couldnt care less, Seen people been bluntly riped off & seen people bluntly lie and try getting one over on us,

But this thread has to be the one that has really affected myself, To say I am disappointed would be an understatement, I have been signed up for a good while to DrVegas but did not really play up untill a year or so back, I thought it was the next best thing since sliced bread, Quiet casino with great promo's and good pay out times,

Over the last few months I have sen things change dramatically, Started off with the emails was a hit and miss, I was than told they had changed there email supplier so things was a bit sketchy, Than emails started to to come again untill one day they start to vanish again,

Than the withdraw delays, I was told this was due to there payment provider, O.K no worrys as it happens, But this was months back and since than the complaints about slow pay has not stooped,

I really want to say all is ok and there payment system is funked up or there changing offices, But in all fairness I do not think this is the case, Something is going on here and I think we should be informed,

There is Nothing more I would like to see than this casino being at the top,

I believe as players we deserve some sort of explanation as to whats going on, The rep seems to have given up with the thread whicth is not a good sign, He replied back to my message pretty swift when asked about the verification, But wasn't told anything we do not know (nothing)

I think that they may have changed owners / sold on but thats my opinion and things are getting an overhaul,

Please Please Please if your read this DrVegas please let us know whats going on, I really do not want to see the casino go to the pits, Your a good casino in the making

Has anyone reported this thread to Bryan, he could maybe put a warning on the review or something, as they certainly shouldn't be accredited at the moment, I don't know if it could be suspended for a trial period or anything?

I do not think so, Nothing on the commission website,

I do know this,

Quicksilver is part of Talarius, which was owned by the Australian Tatts Group from 2008 until it was sold to Austrian company Novomatic in June 2016.

Cheers bud

This was going to be my reasoning mate but as they 2 seem to be unrelated than I was totally wrong.

I went in my local QS Friday gone and happened to mention the takeover / buy out. Staff member who I known over 25 years nearly tore me a new arse, touchy subject or what lol!!!!

Told me also they having New Novo machines what you can virtually lie down while spinning and press start button with your feet whilst watching spins on a 60 inch plasma.

They trying to turn public into addicts or what lol

Them times standing up with a fag in your mouth and hardly see due to the cloud of smoke are long gone :D
Oh and the 20p spins lol, How things change

I've just been made aware of this thread now, and yes - this is very alarming. The Dr.Vegas review that was updated not too long ago shows that the payouts were quite fast:
https://www.casinomeister.com/casino-reviews/dr-vegas/

The August 24 entry in the Meister Minions data is mine, so I am not blowing smoke up anyone's ass saying that their payout are relatively quick.

And here we have this thread which is showing us conflicting reports as apposed to what the review ways. It's like we are talking about a different casino.

Now some of you belong to the Meister Minion group (and if you aren't, you should join). Why aren't you entering this information in the MM section so we can track this? (@ jonmichner, Spintee, JDRocks, etc) - we need this info to keep the reviews up to date.

And if there was a serious breach - this is PAB material - and no one has submitted a formal complaint. These complaints are tracked and we require answers for any breaches of terms.

In order for me to act on problems, it helps for me to have data via the MMs and PABs. I will have request a response from the casino rep to see what is going on. We definitely need some answers here.

OK if this is consistent I need to remove them from my fastpaying page - so to summarize, they WERE fine (I know because I was paid fast not too long ago) BUT you are all saying they are generally hanging on to w/d's for over a day even without KYC requests?
Cheers!

And the MMs need to enter their data in the MM forum so that this is reflected on their review page. The last one that we have is from the beginning of October. These scores are computed into their total score. Right now we are going with what this data reflects - average reverse time 1.8 hours - payouts in 6.3 hours.

Jon left one a few days ago

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/76331/

I cant because I have never played there, not likely to either

the 6th Oct was mine INSTANT

I cannot believe most of the reverse time states 0, This is totally untrue, I am unsure if people just put 0 thinking it was because of the review or thats the default as nothing was entered, Either way I have had many take outs and except for the only two I was paid instant than not one has been 0, Always until withdrawn which used o be 12- 18hrs

Cheers mate, yep sure I left a couple in the last month or so.

Latest 2 as best I recall were

Withdrew Monday around 1pm - Received Friday 6pm

Withdrew Tuesday around 10pm - Received the following Monday (mid morning)

As Spintee says, started to develop a lot of time for this casino and a lot of my budget was going there, then they go and take a huge step backwards

So day 9 AGAIN. Still "Wait authorisation" my second 500€.

Im so tired of this BS. Im not even going to chat with live because its always same BS " we are sorry" etc...

Delayed payment

Hi!
Been waiting a while:
14/11/2016 21:49 Withdrawal Cheque - €100.00 Written (plus 10 more 100 euro withdrawals as its not possible to witdraw more than 100 at a time...)

Cheque arrived today. I live in Sweden and now i have to take a trip to GB becuase its only payable there.
Been reminding chat a few times...

Why cant they pay to bank or skrill or card? And why not give me a cheque payable in sweden....its not stated anywhere in the casinos infosection...

Book a flight to GB if you happen to get that cheque - guess you have ryanair in Helsinki too...

defo seems like a place to avoid now, 100 euro max withdrawal, sounds to me like they are having major money troubles. Funny how the rep hasn't been and commented either.

Yep, and affiliate payments (done by the 15th. according to their terms) haven't been sent either.....

One to keep an eye on methinks.....:eek2:

Like I said before I am really disappointed not just for the let down to players but a good site turn like this. I have not received an email for weeks untill two days ago and guess what it was ?

200% bonus. Now I would of snapped this up but I did not even blink an eye when seeing it and for me that is saying something. Because as you may well know I love a bonus and withdraw early on there rules.

I may of got lucky and won and payed in a good time. But at the moment I do not want to be the one bringing them down. Also cannot be dealing with the headache.

We have had no explanation of whats going on and this is what is making it worse. I know the boss has been on but at this stage it has gone past the long withdraw stage and needs to be looked at.

If there is a site I want to see keep going this would be DrVegas so it hurts me when I hear these storys

I did post a 'Tread Carefully' type warning about a month or so back maybe longer.

It does actually pain me to read these last few posts and it turn out that I was right for once.

Sad times to see a casino with huge potential heading this way :(

Yes, because these are the signs that often precede a casino folding or closing. Payments delayed, paid when you pester them, then not at all. What happened at Purple Lounge and another site recently. I am not being alarmist as they are still in operation and you are getting paid so it could be simply lack of people to process w/d's.

But when I add to this the fact the affiliate payments are now overdue it does make me wonder....:what:

Think you misunderstood me matey!

The very reasons you list are the reasons I posted the heads up / 'warning'

Unfortunately I've been around long enough to have been part of the Purple Lounge situation from start to finish, although granted back then maybe not as clued up as I am (or like to think I am ) these days.

Fortunately (and I thank being a low roller for this) I got all of my PL payments although some did take what seemed like forever.

I have now been privy to 3 lengthy delays with regard to Dr V withdrawal delays and also as I think Spintee mentioned daily (almost spam level!) e-mails which all of a sudden grind to a halt completely.

With your earlier post regarding the affiliate sides of things, alarm bells my end are no longer a faint 'chime' but a full ear numbing blast level.

I hear you regarding staffing levels / processing of W/D's but this would not explain the delays with payments to e-wallets which take literally seconds.

Only an added opinion and also only part of the problem (as there has to be one, they are operating virtually the opposite as to when they were 'all guns blazing') but I feel they may be feeling the 'pinch' and took a bit of a 'battering' since they added WMS and NextGen slots yet continued to offer 100% and 50% deposit bonuses virtually every day.

A case of wait and see for us all I suppose but I strongly feel that we are not too far from the facts
