I have been a loyal customer of DrVegas for many years. I was affected by their Worldpay issues but stayed with them. When they changed their payment gateway provider earlier this year I was promised their would be an improvement, no, it's worse!

Their withdrawal processes are soooo frustrating and the wait to see my winnings in my bank is to say the least, ridiculous, 8 days or more, it never used to be like this, withdrawals would always be in my bank within a couple of days. I now have to chase and chas to get my money!!

I withdrew £1500 on 6 August, 5 working days later still 'awaiting authorisation' emailed and told Phil will authorise first thing today (Saturday) haven't looked yet to see if he has.

I have asked on numerous occasions why withdrawals take so long, never get an answer, always an apology though!!!
I am really fed up with them now, great Casino that really lets themselves down with non competitive withdrawal times.
Had enough now!!!

Hi Janne,

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I'll contact the casino rep - hopefully he will be able to help you out.

DrVegas slow payouts, fed up!!

Waiting for documentation!! rubbish! and untrue!!

I finally received my withdrawal money 8 days after making my request, but this was only after I made a fuss and sent about 3 messages!!!

In all fairness to the OP this has been a problem with this particular casino for a very long time now.

Phil to be honest is a very responsive rep but I strongly believe his hands are tied to a degree when it comes to resolving these sort of slow pay type problems.

Never can get a straight or honest answer from support always a cut and paste job and always leave chat no better than before you entered!

Worldpay was originally supposedly to blame, things did not improve, even e-wallet withdrawals became ridiculously drawn out.

This caused me personally from a 2-3 times per week depositor to stop using them altogether, pity as other than this I never really had any issues.

I am sure I am not alone on this 'cease of custom' so am surprised from a business perspective that it has been allowed to drag on as long as it has, not unless 90% of their players are "reversers".

This needs sorting Dr Vegas as you have the makings of a cracking casino, shame all I read is negative post after negative post.

DrVegas slow payouts, fed up!!

Couldn't agree more.
Aside from the ridiculous delays in paying out this is a great casino, good bonuses and a good variety of games.

I have been with them since the Quicksilver days, was really affected by the so called Worldpay issues but remained loyal. I was promised some compensation from these issues but never got anything!!

I too have stopped depositing, quick enough to take money but feet dragging paying out, unacceptable and certainly not competitive with others!!

I must say I have to agree, I think it's a fab casino, I really enjoy playing there and it would actually be my favourite casino but I am always put off by the slow payouts. It really is a shame it hasn't been resolved yet as it totally lets the casino down. I can't fault DrVegas Phil as he tries his best to sort out issues with withdrawals that are taking too long but that is pretty much everytime and it shouldn't take a casino rep on here to speed it up everytime. Not all players are aware of this forum and are probably being fobbed off by the copy and paste chat reps. If they could sort out the payment issues I would be willing to deposit more often and would certainly rank it as my favourite! (I'm a sucker for some of the exclusive games, Top Banana being one of them)

Well here we go again!
Laid off playing at DrVegas for quite a while just used some of the bonuses, depositing small amounts.
Last week played spent a bit more and won £3000 at the weekend, made two £1500 withdrawal requests, oh! the dismay of 'awaiting authorisation'!
Emailed Anita on Monday, asking not to have to go through a painful withdrawal process again, no response. Went on to Chat and it was Anita, she knows me so was surprised she would only give me standard scripted responses.
She said T&Cs are accepted as soon as someone plays on the site and my withdrawal could take 10 days or more. February T&Cs state an agree box needs to be ticked and withdrawal monies within 10 days.
I went onto Chat today and was immediately shut down, emailed Anita again no response!

What is really infuriating is that no one can ever give an explanation as to why a withdrawal process can take so long or why and what actually is a manual check!
DrVegas clearly don't listen to customer feedback, clearly behave in this way because they can and have total disregard for their declining reputation.

I really don't think it unreasonable to expect my money to be paid to me in a timely manner, 10 days or more is unacceptable.

i have a small withdraw just checked still pending from the 15/4 its a joke dont think i,ll go back now have given them more than a chance

The payment issues/delays at Drvegas have been ongoing for a good few months if not an year.
Up to 10 days for a withdrawal in 2018 ???? No thank you!

How are these guys still accredited here is the question?!

Yes, at least a year, excuse after excuse!

Update- I've PM Phil but haven't had a response yet.
Went on to Chat and told I've been sent a letter with a verification code for money laundering, it was posted first class on Tuesday but to expect it to be delivered tomorrow, really!!

I provided ID, address etc documentation to them some time ago!! I have played in another casino and had a few big withdrawals and not been asked for any additional information, just delaying tactics by DrVegas??
Has anyone else had to wait for a letter with a verification code for any other online casino?

I fail to see how sending an address verification letter would prevent money laundering. It has to be going back to a legit account or the money would still be dirty.
Maybe ask them why your style of play puts you into the category of being a customer who is a high risk of being involved in criminal activity? They aren't allowed to just do this without you being a high risk customer.
I wouldn't expect an answer though, DrVegas have shown they aren't bothered about being accredited on here, as long as they keep customers money for as long as possible. A shame as the casino had really good potential.

and i fail to see how seasoned members still play there when its been a slow payout process for so long now :eek2:
there are so many casinos in here to choose from that pay within hours, minutes some :)

Its comments and casinos like this that make me question why anyone would play anywhere other than places like videoslots absolutely miles above the rest.

Thanks, I will ask them, I'm like a dog with a bone I will not give up!
I have been with them since around 2006, so they know my style of play. As I said I haven't used their site much for quite a long time, stupid to go back last week but they do have some games I enjoy playing.
I live not too far from their office, so plan to go there tomorrow, told Chat to let the Manager know I'm going and I'm not leaving until this is sorted!
I know I've only waited 5 days for my money but it's the principle of the total disrespect and pure arrogance that they treat customers so badly!

Yes, you are right!

Well, we are getting there! it's been hard work! one of my withdrawals has been authorised this morning!
As the two withdrawals were done at the same time, not sure why they just couldn't authorise both together!
Maybe the second one will be done before I set off to their office after I've waited to see if the letter they said they have sent arrives in the post this morning!!

Can anyone help please?
I've had an email from DrVegas saying they won't authorise my second withdrawal until I provide them with a bank statement, payslip and bank card!

They said, all players who deposit a certain monthly amount. Over the last 4-6 months I have deposited, £100- £150 a month, end of last week about £900 and won £3000.
I think they are doing this because I've made a fuss!

I had a code sent out to me by mail like they have done with you Jane.

I've not played there for a while now, kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking the issues with slow withdrawals would be solved but it never was, their loss!

It's shame, as like you said Janne, they have some good games and I'd been a customer for a long time but enough was enough.

Hope you get everything sorted and enjoy your winnings!
