Hi guys,

I've been a long time lurker at Casinomeister, just reading not replying or anything.
I find this site really helpfull in a shady world of online casino's.

I want to discuss the following matter:
I've been gambling online for years, and i really enjoy it (the big wins that is).
But i also see that it sometimes get out of hand and i then choose to self exclude myself from that site.

So after a few days of cooling down i decided to make a new account at a new casino website.
I ALWAYS check Casinomeister for trusted casino websites and sign up for a nice bonus and play a bit on that new site.
This time i choose to play on a site called DrueckGlueck.

So here starts the drama:
I fill in my username, personal details and sign up with no problem at all.
I click deposit and pay 20 bucks with a 200% bonus (yes im a low roller :)).
I then click on my favourite game: montezuma and THEN i get the error message that i cant play with real money.

So i start a chat with them and they explain to me that i self excluded myself on one of there sister sites and that i cant play for real money on this site aswell.
Then the chats closes and im left with 20 euro on an account i cant use.
So a little bit irritated i start a new chat, i get the same answer.. I could just withdrawal the money they said.
But it can't because the money you can withdrawal must be atleast 30 euro.
The chat closes again, so i open a new one.

Now i have to explain everything again, they send me an email that i can get a refund if i fill in a lot of papers and send documents..
OR they will activate my account in about 7-14 days..

So in my opinion they just stole my money, i really like the fact that the self exclusion is working (but i didnt sign up for self exclusion on every casino site they own).
But the real problem here is.. THEY SHOULDNT LET ME SIGN UP AND DEPOSITED MONEY ON THEIR SITE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I understand your frustration, but the casino said they would return your deposit if you fill out some forms and send them some documents. Why wouldn't you just do that?

Thinking about many casinos let the player deposit and play until the player win some and try to withdraw when the player is self-excluded from their sister casinos, I think what DrueckGlueck did is good, they stopped you before you lose that money.

I know it would be better if the casino detect you are self-excluded from their sister casinos before you made a deposit, but I don't think they want to steal your money. Every casino asks players to wager at least 1x deposit amount, since you can't play any there, I think it is fair for them to ask you to fill out some forms, especially they might need to show those forms and documents to the licence governing body to explain why you could withdraw without any wagering.

DrueckGlueck casino has a rep here, so why don't you contact the rep for some help? Anyway it is the casinomeister's rule to let the rep of the casino you post the complaint against know you post the complaint.

Of course you will get your deposit back . The problem is you deposited with a method that does not accept withdrawals and the amount is too low for us to send by wire.
We advised you to open an alternative payment method like Skrill or Neteller because they are easy and quick and then to send us the account number + a copy of a valid ID to quickly process your request.

When you have decided please email Support to let them know
