i send the rep last night a pm .. saw he was here half hour ago.. but quickly left... with no reply..


5k is the weekly limit so i asked him for an arrangement documents were send in sunday night...

2 days later no reply yet also..i tried to withdraw but system not let me becos iam not verified yet..

so lets see how they gonna take care of this... i allways highrolled MICROGAMING casinos and some Netents casinos.. happy i tried RTG too..

thats the end of my session ... the beuaty of it was.. i had withdraw like 4500 and their system not let u withdraw until its verified account...so i send my documents in... at sundaynight...they say it takes two business days to verify (slow compare to other acredited casino)...


so i decide transfer yesterday back to the casino.. played several slots long session... and it went up like firework rockets up the sky ...had a pm back from the rep here.. he said i need to send email to payment@intertops.ag just felt it was not helpfull.i thought he would jump into this to take care of everything ..

Exactly,that's why I like to play at MGS casino's...
When you win you get paid in 1 sum and not in like 500 instalments...

It's like going to a landbased casino and hitting a jackpot.
Instead of getting the full pay you have to visit them every week to get a part of your winnings.

Casino's with those limits are a NO GO for me,not worth my hard earned money.

My guess is that the rep's cr*pping himself because he doesn't know what to tell you in these circumstances, so says nothing at all. If he vaguely promises you 'we'll see what we can do' regarding a reasonable timescale of w/d and his bosses overrule him it will start a battle off on here which they don't want.
You've already admitted playing again after your huge win, and the casino wants your money; after all they're in business to take it not pay too much out. With this in mind I can see delaying tactics arising here so stick to your guns and leave it there and wait it out. You have the comfort of them being accredited, but as lotusch said, with such restrictive w/d terms why did you high-roll the place?
Congrats on the win and please take it out - if you fall for any cr*p and end up playing it back it will only encourage them to do it again to other players, and even other casinos that read about it.

Fully agree with Dunover's reply. Just let it sit and never play there again, I'd say - you'll only lose.

To test that their intentions are good, request the amount be flushed (i.e. made non-playable and automatically paid out at the same time for each of the 8 weeks) and the account blocked to play in the meantime. This will tell you if they really want you to enjoy your $100k winnings or play most of it back...I hope it's the former.
