First of all I apologise if this is in the wrong thread, not quite sure where daily fantasy sports sites lie in scheme of this forum.
I raised a complaint to DraftKings on October 24th 2019 about opening a duplicate account whilst being self excluded(I don't need to hear the ins and outs of how I shouldn't have done it, I know it was wrong). My concern is that it's nearing two months and all I hear when I request an update is that it's being dealt with by a manager. I have chased so many times via email and livechat and that is the only response they give me.
They don't have any contact numbers and they now refuse to speak to me any further, I simply have to wait for a manager to contact me by email. This seems unaceptable to wait almost two months.
Feedback most welcome and if there's anyway of chasing them to get their asses in gear, that would be great!
