Dr Vegas withdrawal?

I'm looking after it with Susan directly. She has moved, not updated her address on her account so never received any of the AVC's we had sent her .

We are just waiting to get all of her docs inorder.

That's fair enough, but doesn't explain why there are constant complaints about the speed of withdrawals.

I'm moving Dr.Vegas to the Grey Zone. I'm sorry, but the delay in payments has been going on for far too long. I agree, they are a good casino, but players want to be paid in a timely manner, and this is one of the standards that Accredited casinos are required to meet. I could understand if this was a temporary situation - but in this case it seems that it is SOP.

After sending in all my ID i was told yesterday i would get my money that day, I log in today and find the withdrawal has been reversed back onto my balance.
nearly 4 months now and still waiting.

I have just checked and all is approved and should be in your Skrill account. Can you check? If you had kept your account details up to date, your withdrawal would have been with you within a few days of withdrawing.

Thank you Phil, I've received my payment now.

would like to thank phil for helping with a withdrawal. after having problems with live chat two different live chat reps to check when a withdrawal will be processed i was told one date only for a week to be added.i spoke to phil. all sorted

I've been waiting on average 3 weeks for a withdrawal, pretty crap really.

I don't know why the UKGC allows it, how does it help customers control their gambling having money 'on its way' to them, when I was waiting 3 weeks for a largish withdrawal from dr vegas [£300-400] I ended up spending the equivalent in drips and drabs at other casinos. For me to control my gambling I need to have my funds added up in my bank account, payments hanging in the air cause me problems.

UKGC handed out way too nonchalant licenses, but it seems they're a bit too proud to recognize it was a bit too easy. Perhaps the idea behind it was to not limit the market to big international players, but to give also local, fresh and innovative start ups a chance.

Well, newsbreak, that failed. Instead of those fresh, innovative operators, the market is polluted with 100's of underfunded white labels offering exact the same games as anybody else but with way worse terms and withdrawal times.

I messaged them today regarding a withdrawal pending since Friday. The reply I got was that it should be approved by the end of next week :confused:

The annoying part is, I made a withdrawal of £70 a week earlier. Through frustration i reversed it a couple of days later and increased it to £220. Did the same again and turned that into £300. Unfortunately I am now down to £100.

It would be impossible to convince me that this isn't the real reason for the delay in processing withdrawals. Keep your money and leave it where you can easily get at it. A bad practice in my opinion for any site claiming to promote responsible gaming. Dr. Vegas has now lost a(nother) customer. I have never waited more than 48 hours on the other sites I play.

I haven't closed my account at dr vegas but have unsubscribed to their emails and not deposited since doing so, it was the daily bonus offers that kept me going back. I hope the owners of Dr Vegas eventually see sense and sort themselves out.

I'm sorry to say I very much doubt that. Just went onto companies House site to look up CZ Trading. And it turns out they made an application to be struck off on 22nd march this year. May be just a move on their part. But not a good sign nevertheless.

Does anyone understand the implications of the text in the above link?

Its not the Malta registered company that has the application linked to above. Although I would be concerned if I had money with them that the UK arm is being struck off. From the notice it isn't the company who filed the application it is a winding up order by the government. I would be concerned if I had money with any casino that takes weeks to pay you though.

The original application form dated 22/3 is in the name of CZ Trading.
