Dr Vegas withdrawal?

If a 'normal' company was delaying payments to Joe Bloggs supplier the alarm bells of Cash Flow problems would start ringing. People can chose to surmise if this is applicable to casinos as well in this case.

A week in today's cut throat casino world, where payment speed is probably in the top 3 bits of selling points, is suicidal.

If there's no such issues with DV right now, if they continue like this, there will be.

Takes a lot to turn a casino that had all the hallmarks of a great site to the level they are now.

exactly right. I said ages ago that I think people are taking a big risk giving them money, and I stand by that. Payouts are getting slower and slower, as if they are waiting for deposits before they can payout, the rep barely posts, they obviously don't care about their status on here and the UK arm of the company seems to be subject to a winding up order.

Its not the Malta registered company that has the application linked to above. Although I would be concerned if I had money with them that the UK arm is being struck off. From the notice it isn't the company who filed the application it is a winding up order by the government. I would be concerned if I had money with any casino that takes weeks to pay you though.
I think it was Novomatic UK that filed it, or they were the 'presenter' whatever that may be.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

yes, but not CZ Trading (Malta) Limited
Maybe Phil could shed some light on it?
Is there any in Malta? All names I saw had the same address in Milton Keynes. Apart from Nova which is based in Austria. One possibility I can think of for the striking off is that this Nova has bought out the business and is dumping the CZ name.

I didn't see that (nor have as your link doesn't work) but that would suggest they haven't paid the gaming fees.
Maybe @Casinomeister should have a look at this, I know they aren't accredited any more but if they aren't paying supplier bills, you can pretty much guarantee customers are going to lose out.

from their website

Dr Vegas is operated by CZ Trading Limited, which is registered in Malta. Registration no.: C41790.
However a little more digging shows the UK company seems to be connected to them.

A post from another forum 3 days ago

I am having terrible problems with getting any money out of Partnerama.
This goes back 10 months now

Previous to this set of invoices not being paid, we previously had delays getting money out of them too.

Whilst Arfan keeps telling me that 'it's with finance' and 'I'm waiting for an update' this smacks of a dodgy affiliate not paying and simply making excuses not to pay. Slow or non-payment seems to be their modus operandi.

I don't blame Arfan, he seems to have his hands tied (and I may even be being taken for a mug by Arfan by believing him, I simply don't know) but whoever is to blame, this is totally unacceptable.

Waiting for such a long time and not saying anything, I feel it is my professional duty now to warn other affiliates not to promote or get involved with these people.

Partnerama is DrVegas affiliate program.
10 months to pay the people who are sending you customers. Yep, sounds like there are serious problems here.

The UKGC license is for the Malta company. Novomatic has always owned them, vertically integrated via Talarius PLC.

I think you were right first time, the UK company is superfluous to requirements, I don't think it is anything to worry about.

Possibly correct as the auditors report states there was no trading carried out in 2016 by CZ Trading UK. Still, as ed says there may be something to worry about.

This is probably a stupid question but why don't dr vegas have some novomatic games, one of the downsides there for a long time was a shortage of different slots to play then they added some microgaming. Also if they're owned by novomatic surely they can pay customers quicker than they are, maybe they're just keeping it barely going in the hope someone offers to buy it from them.

No response from Phil, as usual.
At least the affiliate manager seems decent....oh wait, nope he's resigned today.
Seriously guys, anyone reading this thread, these are a sinking ship, don't deposit.
Weeks to get paid, not paying affiliates, not accredited any more, rep rarely posts, winding up orders against the UK arm. Seriously go elsewhere.

Totally agree. Definitely something up. Though it does appear my withdrawal is on its way 5 days after requested.

At least there are a few sites out there with some morals. A couple of months back I got an email from one of the sites I'm a member of. Telling me they were shutting down and to withdraw or play any money I had in my account.

yeah I don't mind it when they send you a message like that, its the abrupt overnight closure that worries me. not paying affliates is a good early warning sign that there's trouble-at-t-mill.

And now they have gone.

Shot in the Dark but based on knowledge rather than total hearsay....

Dr V was formerly Quicksilver

All the Quicksilvers (land based) are now Admiral (owners Novomatic)

Bell Fruit has rebranded to Admiral

Has Novo brought these out, winding up or possibly merging Dr V in the long term?

Something along these lines would not surprise me in the slightest, although I could be way off the mark also ;)

FTR: Talarius Plc was the company behind the land based and online Quicksilver, also recently brought out / taken over by Novomatic.

just shows dr phil was in a bit of a predicament all that time but at least the closure been done properly with customer accounts settled

Thats not actually what the website says. Dr Phil could have posted here to give people the heads up too, considering they were happy to promote themselves on here. Clearly they knew this was coming and the affiliate manager walking away confirmed it.

Yeah sorry you're right Colin I hadn't read that properly, I saw the bit about withdrawals being processed but didn't read on about account balance payments being organised. maybe dr phil has also had to pick up his p45 and had too many worries of his own I suppose, it would have been better if he had posted but there is always a high level of secrecy over business closures.

Unfortunately we were all made redundant on Wednesday, but I have got the following update for you.

All pending withdrawals were processed on Wednesday before the close down started.

On Monday, I will be sending out cheques for all player who have balances still on their account, so by the end of next week all players will have received their funds and no players will be left without their money.

Thanks

Phil

Thank you Phil. Although I've been critical of you throughout the thread, I don't like to see people lose their jobs, hope you get work elsewhere very quickly.

Will affiliate payments be paid too?
