As a webmaster I shoulden't be saying this, but as a player myself I can only say they are fixed.
I play a fare amount of videopoker and usually never double, but the last week I have been doing it and got a shock. The amount of times you face a akq is just astonishing, not to say all the times I lost against a 2,3 or 4. On average I guess you win maybe 2 out of 10 tries and then you start to wonder where the 50/50 chance went. Worst run was 12 losses in a row and I am pretty certain NOONE has ever had 12 wins in a row, not to even mention 5 or 6.
Conclusion: Never double if you want to win over time
