New Slot Announcement Donuts by Big Time Gaming

OK.. so this is a bit long and a little confusing.

BUT

Played donuts this morning at Intercasino, hit bonus round and got a X31 multiplier.

Hit a retrigger and the Gold donut round did its thing, and filled up the donuts totally, it added ONE of the multipliers onto the original number, and stopped

Then it hung. And hung, and hung.

I got a screeny at the time, and you can SEE (and calculate!) that the multiplier was at X32, but with THREE donuts left to uncover.

The game restarted, and the multplier was ONLY at X34. So even assuming that they were ALL x1 (unlikely but possible i guess), then it should have been at X35 at the very least

Upon restarting, the game went straight back to reels and I had a X34 multiplier for rest of game.

I GET that it was possibly just a game glitch, but my worry is that lack of robustness around the feature. We SHOULD be able to trust it to reflect accurately

Ended up with a X113 bet, so not an AWFUL result, but i no longer trust it..

You should ask casino to ask BTG, or ask BTG here since he will be here today and tomorrow.

I had exactly the same thing, but I hadn't the presence of mind to make a screenshot right and then because I was still waiting for the donuts to reveil their multipliers. In my case, there were more donuts not reveiling theirs. I've alerted VS to this issue but they (after consulting with BTG) claim that everyting paid out fine, whilst the multiplier should have been (a lot) higher.

I have opened a new thread about it, because I think it's a big thing.

If the answer is that it paid ok, maybe what happened is that the glitch made gold donuts appear without being supposed to. And that would explain why they had no multiplier and no multiplier was added.
In any case a better explanation is needed and more importantly a fix for that glitch.

Hi Nottsogreen,

We are looking into this now it would be great if you could give us some further information.

If you could PM me with your account details at InterCasino and let us know the browser, browser version and platform you were playing on at the time, we will look up and verify the game and session.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Same thing happened to me just now. Retriggered and 3 haven't multiplied. No change to my multiplier!!

Think I'm over Donuts. I have had dozens of free spins a day, nothing to show for it as no matter the bet size or multiplier it fizzles out. I've checked my RTP page on VS and checked that against the final trophy of 10,000 wins on Donuts and I'm quite disgusted with BTG, VS and myself for believing I could actually profit from this game.

TOTAL SPINS: 33,169
WINNING SPINS: 9,813
DEAD SPINS: 23,356
AVERAGE RTP: 88.19%
HIGHEST WIN: $478.80 ($1 Bet).

My lowest rtp the other day for a 3 hour session was 28%.

I have played Upto $5 spins quite frequently so for a highest win of $478.80 on $1 it doesn't bode well.

Verdict: That is a lot of horse mud dead spins.

Luckily this happened to me and I have caught it on video!
Got 13x multiplier, retriggered second spin and all the spaces filled with gold turds in glitter, stalled and I never saw the 3 spins run for the extra multipliers and went back to the bonus with the extra 10 spins and the multiplier still exactly the same!
This along with the Bonanza errors in the graphics can only be related to the SG skin/platform they are using now.

I simply don't trust Donuts at the moment. I'm sure it will be the standard bog-roll excuse 'Oh, it doesn't affect the outcome blah blah' but the graphics say otherwise and either way it looks ridiculous to the player.

Very different for me at VS

spins 9400
RTP 97.09%
Highest win 499x bet

Looking at your stats your only one big win away from achieving your expected RTP or higher which is very typical of a HV game.

Also IMO playing spins of $5 a spin on such a HV game is always going to be more risky that your not going to be near RTP unless you get really lucky.

I wish you good luck though.

Just got a "go away... Nothing to see here email"

Kindly note our gaming department had forwarded this to the gaming provider. They have then responded that they checked the game play for any faults or miscalculations and it has indeed paid out correctly.

Please note that even though you may have had 3 donuts upon the game crashing, this does not mean these were winning rounds, and no other credit was due.

Not sure what to think to be honest...

Highly surprising if they had emailed you and said they owed you a couple of hundred quid. It may well be right, the problem is you have to take their word for as they have the evidence. In most cases that are fair both sides get to see it.

I shan't be holding my breath for BTG to say "After extensive auditing we have located the problem in this case and have found the game to owe you £300. In its current state we have also identified numerous other bugs and refunded thousands of other players dating back to the game's release. Thankyou for bringing this to our attention"

I don't think that's ever happened or will ever happen goat, and that is probably more proof of just how one sided this sort of stuff is on bugs, that in the history of online slots there has been very little or no evidence at all of player refunds due to buggy software, and that is probably statistically unlikely to have never happened, they stealthily fix issues and sweep any under / over payments under the pixel screened carpet.

OK watch this video from 13:10 onwards and see the BS start!!!!

Donuts error:

(usual moaning, bad humour, cussing, expletives and self-pity in the rest, be warned!)

Is it my imagination or are those graphics botched? On Bonanza I mean......all I see is El Dorado blocks everywhere, including the menu! And the win counter is a hot mess!

BTG go from strength to strength :D

Totally given up on donuts, does not matter what the multiplier is it is going to pay what it wants,.
Feature is fixed to hell, just sets an payout amount prior to starting and just comes up with a
random multiplier,You can tell if the feature is going to pay in the first few spins,a couple of slow
spins means there will probably be more.nothing random in the feature at all.
a really poor implimentation of what could have been good
Its the worst BTG game by far,how could the makers of Bonanza come up with this pile of shit.

Now they have even managed to ruin Bonanza!

33k spins on this bag of shite. How are you not in a coma?

Yes I was thinking the same, that looks very fooked up.
And wth with Donuts, all donuts come in after the retrigger and then just continues with a x13 multiplier.
That looks bad however I would nearly say it is a graphical glitch / as I have never ever seen the donuts come in like that filling up the whole screen.

How come it’s only started happening now? Why doesn’t the btg rep put us in the picture? People are going to lose faith (I use that term loosely). I haven’t touched a btg game for 2 days. I am fed up with the constant loading and disconnection problems and now this. In most industries customer service is of upmost importance. In this industry it looks like “We don’t have to bother they’re still depositing. Profits are ahead of schedule, business as usual folks”.

So i Guess im the only one that likes Donuts better than no D in bonanza then ?

I guess if i had never had loads of 300 - 600x wins out of it and not be above TRTP i would hate it too, but then i have never had to wait 4000 spins for a feature on donuts either lol

Aggeed big time gaming need to sort there games out all buggy disconnecting donuts just don't work seems faulty (rigged) and bonanzas graffics are a mess sort it out big time gaming jeeze

The right thing to do should be to boycott their games until they sort their product out, Donuts does all manner of dubious things during the bonus, perhaps due to the retriggering of the bonus itself, or the bonus never retriggers to begin with and it's just a graphical glitch, hence the multiplier not increasing after?

Either way, people are playing it with real money and it's not fit for purpose. Nor is Bonanza's glitchy count-ups and yellow bricks routine....

Somehow though I get the feeling punters will just carry on as normal through this whole debacle. Both games should both be taken offline and patched ASAP :eek2:
