They owe a major webmaster a few thousand dollars and alot of complaints from players we dont hear about, I place a link on my site to the infomation, dont want to step on the meister toes.

I feel bad cause i didnt see what was happening until after i made a depoist

Yes, ironic isn't it? The webmaster in question collected 9K for me, then ended up 24K out herself. I'm sorry about this - I was very pleased with my resolution, which was conducted very amicably in the end, and it's a shame they're playing games. I'm assuming it's caused by under-funding. I can't think why else they'd pull this stunt on a prominent affiliate unless the money just isn't there.

What goes around comes around. Those that without any hesitation make money from sending gamblers to crap casinos that routinely jerks their customers around get very little sympathy from me when they in turn get ripped off.

My exact sentiments. There are a multitude of webmasters who will promote any casino and will only cease promotions when serious problems arise. This is complete backwards thinking, and in most cases driven by proft and not by player concerns. Of course they will cry foul when they don't get paid by a casino - and will try and champion their own causes by a "name and shame" tactic after the fact - or a "you'll be sorry that I won't promote you" sort of thing. (play drippy violin music here).

Bottom line: Webmasters as well as players should have scruples when it comes to playing at or promoting casinos.

re cirrus

I made a small cc depost at cirrus uk ,played and won around a hundred, enjoyed the software and games but when i came to cash out i found there was no way for me to get my money out, no cc ,no cheque, only two methods which were no good to me ,so ended up playing it back.

Praise For Cirrus Casino!

I haved played with Cirrus Casino a tremendous amount. I have worked with everyone there I believe (Christine, Brian, Alex, Lianne, and Debbie) and have found them to be nothing short of exceptional. They continue to be one of my most trusted and favorite gaming sites.

Just one question, are you a friend, relative, employee of anyone who works there or more generally are you related in anyway to anyone there?

 ABSOLUTELY NOT! I am unaffiliated with Cirrus Casino in every way other than what I stated in my original reply:

I am a registered player with Cirrus and have been since roughly May/June of 2004. I felt that sharing my experience in rebuttal of the previous postings would offer an alternate conclusion for those without any history with Cirrus Casino. I stand by my original statement. No harm in asking for clarification though!

Well it looks like I may have spoken to soon - they've now locked my Crystal Palace account (don't know why - I'm thousands down there) and they now keep reversing the remaining $12,450 of my cashin at High Rollers (requested it twice and been reversed twice). :(

I've sent them emails and will report back when/if they respond.

Did you mean to post this in the Crystal Palace thread?

I am just asking because I hear bad things about them.

Cirrus Casino at one time worked out of the same office as the Virtual group - this is when they first started up. The managers of the Virtual group, Cirrus and Prism all shared the same office space - but after Cirrus casino grew its sea-legs, it moved on - or so I've been told.

Looks like Cirrus is trying a new tack ...

Checked their site out and they're advertising that a "Make-your-own-bonus" deal. You just call or Live Chat with their Pitboss or suitable representative and they'll work something out for you.

Supposed to also be applicable for returning players as well ...

 Now there's an idea designed to get everybody in trouble. I can see wild disputes over what terms was agreed on... :axeman:

Virtual Casino, Prism Casino, Cirrus Casino and Cool Cat Casino all the SAME!

Yup! they are all the same. I'm an ex-employee of this company I worked there for many years, and I can prove you guys that they are all the same , the all share the same office, and they make their customers think that they're separate, so BE CAREFUL!!! All they do is to steal money from you guys! They have the same customers for all 4 of them. They offer you the moon and sky to get you to deposit, and they GUESS WHAT? they will NEVER pay you, or they will try to make you reverse the money you have on pending ! Just because they don't want to pay you ! Remember...if you are a customer of them , and have played there for a while, you must know what I'm talking about! They keep track of all your credit cards and security codes when you try to deposit so that when your deposits get declined , they use another credit card processor and they get the money out of your account, without asking you for permission. Did you know about this? This people gets thousands of chargebacks every month, one time I saw one of the managers running a credit card without asking the client for permission , and she took $10,000 out of his account! - If you want to know more about them, please write me and I'll be more then happy to reply -

Heather
