Hi, sorry that I missed it. I guess I am not sure what playcheck is or where to look it up. I tried to make it very clear, that according to the casino, my screenshot is different from auditors' report. I have copy of this report - is this what you are referring to? Do you think I need to post it here? In other words, casino say actual game results are different from what I acutaully had seen on my computer screen ))

I am inclined to believe them on this, and anyway it was not a huge win, but I am disgusted with the fact that they refuse to admit the problem exists - at all. The last I heard from them was weeks ago - they asked for my DXDIAG files, which I did not like but still sent, hoping it'd help to get to the core of the problem. I never heard from them since :rolleyes:
 
Oh, some news here - I got an email from casino that "investigation is complete". Can't wait to hear what the outcome is but apparently I'd need to wait... and wait... :p
 
Playcheck is in your casino download usually in your "My Account" at the bottom, then you would go to "View my game history", that is playcheck.

Thanks, angel. To be honest, I trust casino on this one - i.e. that playcheck is correct. It would be a waste of time to search for 3 month old transactions by myself, they can do it and I'd gladly take their word for it. My rant was about the fact that playcheck AND actual graphic display do not match. I am not controlling casino software or graphic display, they do. So they should take responsibility for discrepancies, not tell me that there's no problem exist... (?)

So after only about three months the “investigation” is finally complete, and resolution is passed: “Our software providers have investigated thoroughly and have found no bug in the game software (…)We can only conclude that the game has paid correctly based on the results recorded in Playcheck and on the gaming server database itself and can offer no explanation as to how the result has been displayed on your PC based on the screenshots that have been submitted”

Oh really? I am impressed. I am not even angry, because I heard nothing new here to be angry about, the casino reps were in denial from the very beginning. It went on and on for months like this:

Me: why did I get the result showing that 2 x 2 = 5? It doesn’t seem right

Casino: yeah, this is wrong. 2 x 2 must be = 4

Me: OF COURSE. I know that 2 x 2 = 4, that is exactly why I am asking you why I got the combination showing 2 x 2 = 5

Casino: We checked and re-checked and our auditors double-checked and we all assure you that 2 x 2 = 4

Me: OF COURSE. 2 x 2 = 4, I agree. How on earth then in those screenshots I managed to catch during August-September on several occasions I see 2 x 2 =5?
I know it is wrong. I do not want it to be wrong. Can you fix it for me because it is wrong?

Me: Excuse me? I made extra effort to check the gaming community and found more than one thread / reference / complaint about this happening in your casino? I play in several MG, and this repeated problem appeared only in yours and only within the specified reported period, never before and not since I reported it?

Ugh… are there any other hobbies that are less stressful? ;) All these (4 or 5 different people over the period of months) casino reps I communicated with were nice and intelligent folks, so I am sure they did see what I was trying to get to. In this case, such going in circles till utter absurdity seem deliberate?
Casino considers the matter closed and expects me to be appreciative )) Ironically, I still cannot. How could I trust them ever again if when requested to explain/fix the problem they revert to you with “there is no problem” stuff? Sorry, second to none – you turned to be a huge disappointment in problem-handling field.

I understood that I am now free to post the rest of faulty screenshots as well as casino’s official “resolution” and related details. Will need to put it all in one file and upload pics. Thanks to fellow players for allowing me to bitch and rant ))

This is a common lie used to cover up issues that the operator cannot get to the bottom of. Unfortunately, they get caught out because of ONLINE COMMUNITIES, where other players reporting the same issues PROVE that there have been problems for other players, and that the operator has LIED in the mistaken belief that the recipient of the lie has no way of knowing that others have experienced the same issue. This is pretty much routine procedure for MGS casinos, deny the existence of a general problem, and then sneak in a quiet fix. I happen to know how to spot an unscheduled "update", and this month has seen over a DOZEN "updates", even though only ONE was advertised (the 4 new games). The rest are probably bug corrections for problems that officially don't exist.

I'll bet at least one of these updates was a sly fix of THIS issue resulting from this 3 month investigation.
