Donald Trump

I pretty clearly answered: "No they shouldn't". Just read the first words of my post right after you asked about it.
Adding 'but' just negates what you say, so what's the point. Then you're just adding an emotional spin on to your (supposed) convictions. So it's either wrong on their part and partisan or it isn't

Then I may as well say Nancy Pelosi's crap and should be investigated by an Ethics Committee, but not really

Fake news I say. I only insulted 36% (or so) of them.
Trump had republican senate and house for 2 years and they couldn't get anything passed. So at least Moscow Mitch is being consistant. Blocking everything during Obama years...doing nothing in Trump years. Nice negotiating skills there.
And when Nancy went to White House with Schumer to discuss about infrastructure or whatever it was...Trump just berated them. That's how you get things done? Trump has never tried to do any negotiating. And that was the thing he was supposed to be good at. Getting deals done...but nope. He's just an immature little baby.

If I was to give trump the benefit of doubt, the first two years were wasted because rino ryan was the leader of the congress. And in the senate moscow mitch holds court and is the defacto leader of the republican party not trump who's more a temporary character, also not sure mitch's politics line up entirely with trump either.

Therefore getting 'trump' stuff done may not have been possible in reality, that's being kind to trump and taking him on his word regarding what he wanted to do policy wise as pronounced in his 2016 campaign.

I'm sure pelosi and schumer can look after themselves, they could have berated trump back with humour.

Trump like boris appears more human, whereas the democrats/liberals and labour party here seem to specialise in choosing humourless, bossy boot politicians to push virtue signalling politics, it doesn't appeal to most people and their everyday problems and concerns.

Instead nagging us to death about peripheral issues while society disintegrates [slight exaggeration but not for some areas], knife crime, other violent crimes, internet scammers, suicides on the rise, homelessness....instead what we really need to do is focus on banning plastic bags and making sure children don't identify as female or male but grow up gender flexible.:rolleyes:

Well what is funny is your REEEEEEE response to the media's headlines. That was what was being discussed yes?

But then you just couldn't hold back and slag him off. Now THAT's funny!

So, do you think journalists should spit their disdain for Trump in headlines and articles?

I agree with you, the headlines used in many cases have little to do with real journalism. However, I do think that applies to both sides. Maybe a little look at Faux, Breitbart etc headlines from the Obama years would show you that what CNN & Co are using now is rather tame.

Mr T could have held a speech, even a vitriolic one in tone, after all he came up on top in this saga. Whether it's right or wrong, is another matter. However, what I find unacceptable, and that for me clears the press to use whatever they want as headlines, is the lying. Pure and utter lies throughout any of his speeches, interviews, press conferences, Chopper Trash talks etc.

Just a small sample. I mean, think he stands there talking to the nation, be it in this speech, the address of the Union or any other event. He just makes stuff up. Should the media just let him get away with it? What I find just as bad are the frenetically applauding sycophants.

I always thought, and still think that Trump is an incredibly insecure person.
Its like he would implode if he didnt constantly remind everyone that he is the smartest, biggest & best person in the room.
Pick a topic. What topic? Does not matter.
Trump has studied it and know more about it than anyone else.
I thought it was some sort of joke at first. But no, Trump knows most about everything.
Except wind i guess.

And this video is over a year old, think about how much he must know today.

He likes to call people small. I guess that makes him feel big.
"little" Marc as Trump called him, made a joke about Trump having small hands, "and you know what they say about people with small hands" " -- You can't trust them,"
Cue a couple weeks where Trump cant stop talking about how big and strong his hands are, even making up (im assuming) stories about people who have shook his hand and complimented him on how strong and big they were.
He of course made sure everyone knew there was nothing wrong with his penis either.
Likes to dish out insults, receive them, not so much.
(Trumps hands are slightly smaller than average)

I dont know if i missed some beef between him and Obama, but he must have done something to Trump that made him feel incredibly small.
I mean its been a while since Obama was president, but he is still featured in Trumps twitter-rants weekly.
And instead of accomplishing something of his own with his presidency, he has been dismantling what Obama did during his time as potus.
He whined constantly while Obama was president that he played so much golf.
In his first year Trump golfed more than Obama did in his whole presidency.
At his own resort ofc. Wich i can agree is smart. I mean he gets paid to golf.

And the jerk-pull-handshake thing. :eek2:
What even is that?
Some "alpha" move or something?
Just makes him look like a complete jackass.

If The White House was a reality-tv show, i would be cheering for Trump.
But as the President of the most powerful country in the world (atleast for now) i would rather have someone (from wichever side of the political scale) who focused more on being President and less on twitter-fights with teenage girls, and golf.

google: Obama Trump White House dinner 2011 joke ..... it was the time Mr T was at the height of his birther conspiracy.

This evening he decided to change from non-affiliated/independent to Republican again and run for president. Simply to get back at Obama because of a joke. That's the kind of sissy he is.

Or you can read an article from the person who sat next to him. :D

I see the Trump-bash gravy train's in full swing again, as that seems to be the lowest common denominator for quick reassurance and easy virtue-signal points :D

Now it's back to the size of his hands, how much golf he plays & whataboutisms!

It is amusing how the echo-chamber goes into overdrive when he addresses the nation and sticks it up the Democrats. I suppose he was meant to take a grilling and just shut up

I guess not wanting to feel excluded I want to add how Trump is probably the worst human to have ever lived since Mao, Stalin, and even Hitler!!

Yet what you'll find is that most people are way past bored with the hysterical Trump screeching, and are facepalming hard at how easily triggered some still are even now! that would be the dumb, racist, low-IQ element by the way :D

Guess that why his Approval Rating keeps shooting up

Happy emotional outbursts everyone! :thumbsup::cheerleader:

Isn't it funny how everyone is right and everyone else is wrong.

Some people are able to put their opinion across with out bringing down the people with opposing view points and some just cant resist a quick assassination of their opponents even getting personal. Politics i guess.

I personally am not bored with any of it. It's interesting to see the different views in here. Freedom of speech and all that.

I think there are 2 components though. Trumps ability to implement stuff and achieve stuff verses Trump as a decent human being. Try and merge them at your peril as they are beyond different.

Everyone has the right to discuss either at length of course.

Happy Friday.

I only said things that have actually happened, and how i think it makes Trump look very insecure.
I guess its easier to call it "triggered screeching" or an "emotional outburst" instead of showing examples of how its not true.

Best way to shut up the non-believers would be to make a post showing all the good Trump has done/accomplished.
But i guess its easier to get triggered and have an emotional outburst when someone points out things about the cult-leader that are less than perfect.
;)

I don't like to get in political discussions. I just live in the USA I don't run it. There was a discussion on the school bus yesterday where the bus driver told the kids Trump is not racist, he just wants illegals to come here legally. I think Harry put it best when he asked what promises has Trump kept and....crickets. I might have misquoted you Harry and if I did my sincere apologies. I am on my phone so it's hard to do much atm. I have noticed that some Trump supporters can get very aggravated. That is mostly why I keep my opinion to myself. At the end of the day everyone has their own mind and anyone would be hard pressed to change it. I believe even if you give some a smoking gun of evidence it would be fake news. Even if a crime was committed right in front of some people, it wouldn't make one difference.

Actually, Gordon's made a statement about events, bit like Trump yesterday

Powerful stuff

And here's shock pap snap reactions when told about the news:

I get that he is famous, but does he really get away with saying things like that?
