They're a relatively new arrival on the scene and the manager/owner was at first quite busy doing his interactive thing with the players on the fora - clearly to drum up business. He hasn't been around for awhile that I can see.

I did not get the impression that this was a well-funded operation, so this may be a slow-pay rather than a no-pay situation. Not acceptable, I know - but better than nothing at all. Don't lose hope yet, but keep the pressure on them.

This is a Futurebet-powered operation, and that company does not have a good track record of helping screwed players. Not sure what the licensing jurisdiction is, but many of these small outfits don't even have the pretence of licencing, or have a cheap bit of paper from some banana republic that is of no use to man or beast.

Your best bet is to keep hammering at the casino and post here. If push comes to shove lodge a complaint at Pitch a Bitch as Bryan is better than most at getting things moving.

    Hi bmw1995,

I'm just now catching up with thread. To make your life a little easier, you could have checked the Casino Operators link in the forum (below the Members List link), and seen that the manager is listed there:

The last time he accessed the forum was yesterday.

They are slow to pay. Their website says instant withdrawals to Neteller but if you question them on that they will say they are back logged. I've been paid but it took a little over a week and some emails to the manager Nick.
