How does casino store the documents that we send them? Does anybody know this?

Do they hold the documents in secure place with only limited personel to access these? and will they hold it forever?

I am asking this because, last night i had tiny withdraw at rizk, and they asked me new documents even tho my account is fully verified from before and my account has been fully verified for almost a year now.

I get little worried with all the things happening around in the world, its very important to be cautious sending sensitive documents.

Not much you can do I'm afraid, it's apart of their terms and conditions which you have accepted.

If you are based in the UK, I suggest doing loads of research and finding a casino which utilises today's technology a little bit better and use your credit file/electoral register to confirm identity, rather than mess around taking pictures of private and sensitive documents which the UK government and police advise us not to do.

No need to be paranoid about where documents end up, if you sadly experience fraud or identity theft you are always protected.

If you still have concerns do not buy anything online, never do online or mobile banking, don't gamble online just draw money out of your bank and gamble in physical buildings with cash.

This pathetic rule by online gambling companies asking for ID will in the future stop, they do not need to do this (only in exceptional circumstances) they are obsessed with Terms and Conditions, Wagering Requirements, Asking for documents and giving people bad news. Things will soon change as it can't carry on.

So the support at Rizk told me they could use 7 days to verify my account, ( i am fully verified from before) and after that my withdraw will bounce back to my account as for now i have locked my withdraw. This is from a costumor that have played 1000's of 1000's...

Absolutely utter madness no need to take 7 days, funny isn't it, you virtually connect straight away to live chat support on these casinos so they must be sat there waiting for support issues to come there way, surly these support staff could be trained to quickly run through basic documents and verify if the management are not willing to make the process fully automated when verifying by investment.

I know so many people who are extremely weary of even using debit/credit cards online, they arn't regular gamblers just small time like depositing £10/£20 here and there, they then win a small amount and then requested to provide documents they are so concerned about this process they just forgot about the winnings and never join a casino again through fear.

I know how you feel. Same thing happened to me at Guts last week. Was fully verified and got the email like others have had that i need to send in documents to verify account. If i did not know better id have said they must have lost the documents of everyone if they are needing to reverify.

Anyway after a pain in the ass 5 days of waiting ages to get each document rejected and trying again to wait another day to recheck documents i finally got reverified.

You will find the opposite is the truth (unfortunately or fortunately depending on your point of view).
