I never played with bonus for a long time. Then I tried bonuses and lost before I reached my WR. I tried it with my last 10 deposits and lost them all. Do you have some advices how to play bonus? I normally play slots and BJ and sometimes I win and sometime I lose. But with bonus I can`t go out of the game when I want. I have to wager 35x and then I lose or bust. In my opinion I will never catch a bonus again, has someone other experiences?
Thank you for your answers and your help.

I'm far less inclined to play deposit bonuses anywhere now, since I joined BetAt, because at most places you have your real funds and bonus combined with a playthrough. With BetAt, I can take the bonus, then forfeit it if I win on the initial deposit and not have to worry about fighting WR.

I think Betat is the only place where I can leave the bonus if I`m in good luck, or am I wrong?
i think u can leave the bonus if u have not touched the bonus yet then u can forfeited.. for example if u deposit 100 u got 100 bonus u win money with your first 100 u can forfeit the bonus but if u have lose and drop under and touched the bonus then u are obligated to play the wagering requirement...that is how i think it works at BETaT

What are your experiences with bonus play? I just have bad experiences, but if there are people around who made good experiences, please let me know:)

I will never play again with bonus, too strong to make a win. I will deposit my own money, then I can leave the game whenever I want.

it all depends your luck
.. soemtimes u take bonus and u have early win... then u are obligated to the terms.then u wish u had not taken any bonusses... and sometims u lose your balls off.. u wish u have more bonusses been offered... its good and bad sometimes.. but i allways say if iam playing anyway i prefer to play with...

I had 2 bad experiences this month, 4000 and 500 + but I lost it because of the WR. Because of that I will never agree to another bonus anymore.

usually i take bonus in the deposites, (sometimes not, but its not frequent), usually i get.

yes and i enjoy them, because when i play, is for leisure not with the "hungry" of win and cashout, and when you take bonuses, even if you have some rules ro follow, etc etc.... its allways a way of get a bit more of playtime and fun., of course, the "final" idea is "i want to win", but the 1st reason that i take them is to play a bit more

If you take a 100% bonus which is worth 100, then you have to wager mostly 3500. For 100:eek2:. I don`t know how to wager it. I just had the luck to wager it for one time, the rest I spent

most of times i lose 9 out of 10 times i lose it unless i hit soemthing nice.. even that big hits sometimes i lose it...hunger to try to win more..

And with a bonus I changed my play. I wagered more per spin, because I have to fulfill the WR and for me it`s a desaster.

Do you think you would have a better chance without bonus, because you can pay out if you win?

let me give u the best tip i got to u... and that is based on experience..

follow the mails and the casinos where the days comes in with promotions for deposits bonus.. and play self with out bonus... as the promotion goes on most players would taking it.. as i say where the money circles u have the best chance to get a nice win .. with out taking bonus is a chance to stop right away...with out frustation.. most times its only 50-100 bucks in bonusses.. if u can afford to play with out i would say leave it...like a place like 32red everyday promotion.. thats why they have the hottest slots everytime showing pictures of bigwins by many players..

thats my point of view

As I see it, there are two different ways of thinking on how to play with a bonus.

The first is that the bonus can just basically pay off your house edge for a while as you gamble. You can play slots betting small without worrying about the house edge eating too much of your money in the meanwhile. You can both extend your playtime and increase your chance of coming out ahead in the end.

The other is to use the bonus as an opportunity to make larger gambles than you might otherwise. Since you're not really risking as much of your own money, you can bet bigger than you normally would, for a chance to win bigger than you would have without a bonus. Of course, you're pretty likely to lose your money this way, but once in a while you'll end up with a big win.

On the other side, bonuses also have two very significant disadvantages. As you mentioned, you can't withdraw until you meet the wagering requirement as most places, so you're forced to keep gambling, whether you want to or not.

The second is that you have to pay a lot more attention to the terms and conditions, and at some casinos you may be at a greater risk of not getting your money back.

In the end it comes down to personal preference, but if you just stick to the bonuses with reasonable terms and wagering requirements that aren't too insane, you can probably find a few bonuses out there that are worthwhile. Consider making smaller deposits when you take bonuses, so you won't feel too bad about the times you end up giving everything back trying to meet the wagering requirement.

Well, my problem is still the WR. If I have a good run I want to withdraw because I know my run is not endless. If I have some luck with a bonus it`s always in the beginning of my gameplay (just my experience). For me bonus play is not a good experience, I will leave this kind of gambling. But thank you for your help.

I find myself playing less frequently these days with bonuses. If i have plenty of funds, I usually play without them. There are days where I want more game time or want to play bigger stakes and decide to claim a bonus or two.

I don't like playing without bonuses on some softwares like RTG and MG (Dependent on what game). I usually take more bonuses when playing there, but I play more Netent (Only Dead or Alive) than any other software. When Dead or Alive is being nasty I often take a bonus but I do not maximise the offer. I will take a smaller Bonus and if i bust, deposit the rest in cash. This cuts a bit of the wagering out and If i hit I can withdraw.

Casino's are becoming greedy with Wagering requirements where 25x (D+B) or 35x - 40x WR is not uncommon. To give you an idea, its insane to wager $400 for a $10 bonus. But then again, nothing is free and everybody is in it to make money ;)

What are your experiences with bonus play? I just have bad experiences, but if there are people around who made good experiences, please let me know:)

I have bad experiences not playing with a bonus, at metroplay i did 7 deposits without a bonus and my RTP was like 20% then took weekend reload of 200% my 5th spin hit bonus round in IR(Very rare to hit bonus at metroplay) and 2nd spin won 257 on 60p bet and ended up withdrawing 200 after wagering which bought my losses to +30

I always take a bonus when available though at some casinos its best to avoid them as 10 bet would be 1 of them, took a bonus went up to 800 then down to 400 after 3 days play asked how much wagering left i had only done 20% and then found out MG slots only count 50% towards the WR so i essence WR was 80x D+B

Again at 10 bet won up to 700 and withdrew only 150 as their WR ate all of it and both the times i hadn't even touched the bonus yet

So in essence it depend on casino and their terms as i found it really easy to wager at 32red, betsafe, spin palace and some others

usually i never made 100 deposit, maximum that i have deposited is €50, in 5 years, i have only make 1 or 2 deposites above that
and the €50 is not allways also

usually i deposit between $25 and $35

how i wager it?, i count some spins on 1 slot, see if i get some feature, i didn´t? i change,
usually with bets betwwen €1 and €2 (sometimes can be higher but very, very rare).

when you will find even if you loose something, thatn you hit 5 or 6x your bet....., when you look it has passed 2 hours of playing with a small deposite

I almost always take a bonus and often win (excluding RTG). Sometimes many thousands.

With a 100% bonus on $100 I have a bank roll of $200 to punt with. At $2 - 3 per spin I would clear the $3000 play through at MG casinos (x30 bonus) in a few hours with some luck. Otherwise I can bust out in as little as 30min, but at least I've saved $100 because half was their money. Since I intend playing for a few hours anyway it's an absolute no brainer for me. If Im having a good run I would meet the play through without the bonus, so there is no real downside. It's win-win.

Taking bonuses results in:

Lower overall losses for me;
Gives me a larger bank roll;
Allows bigger bets and a chance at much larger wins.

I don't suggest players take bonuses if they are a low roller because the RTP will eventually kill you. You would have to be extremely lucky to clear a $3000 bonus at 30c per spin. So if you're going to take a bonus up your bet accordingly.

I've had far more luck grinding WR through at minimum bets over an entire night than I have at larger (plus dollar) bets
