Do real complaints and issues ever get handled?

Just out of curiousity , How do complaints against casinos get handled when playing online do the casinos ever take actual responsibility and payout and just accept there mistake ? , I have been able too find a single Real place too submit reports regarding casino group and there illegal activities would love some help getting some support since im canadian and these casinos are curocao and malta based :S , Got all the evidence back up any accusation made against them just not sure how to go about it really... any ideas and do lawsuites ever make it too court with these types of casinos

Well, we've been handling complaints for about 23 years, and have a solid track record to back this up. And yes, if the casino erred, there is a good chance that they will admit it and proceed with paying out winnings owed. But in many - if not most cases, complaints are from players who did not read and/or follow the casino terms and conditions.

I haven't heard of many lawsuits being successful. Maybe in the UK, but certainly not in the sun-kissed island of Curacao. :p

Alright well ill keep that in mind but let me give you a scenario if you dont mind and than explain what route should be taken or the more effective method the person in such a scenario a person may take or if your able too help In anywa.



Software provider and white label casino providee issues casino the software and support and all that , than the live agent decide too scam a player through false advertisemenr of withdraw methods\processing times and extremely misleading terms and multiple lies about management contacting the player who has also been refused request they made about adding a block on recalls too aid in there gambling addiction and was denied and after the casino delayed the processing of these instant withdraws the player than got anoyyed with being lied too and spent there balance of $10,000+ and than a magical block was addes that was when requested denied and added once they had 375$ left for example , and during all this this pooor casino player also was banned for making accusations of the blackmail they recieved and the manipulation of bets all while providing proof to this casino ? What would you do in this situation other than reporting the gambling commisions in those juristictions cause they dont do anything ? any ideas

Anyone feel free too commment , apologise for the grammar and what not if you have trouble understanding something let me know , really will.benefit greatly on the what to dos in a situation similiar and worse so thanks in advance or if i can ger assistance creating a proper complaint without breaking rules i clearly break on every review site when complaning so it never makes it out as im highly medicated and Perma fried if you must know so this has greatly affected my rule reading capabilities

room mate wagered $140,000 within 1 n half month span with 3-4 k deposirs and wqs rejected withdraws using fake claim , misleasing terms and refuses gambling tools than bannes for making these claims and blackmailed any Softswiss dick riders wanna prove there innoncence be my guest but im coming for my money ill put a bet on that ??

Hmmm… to be honest I hate them. Well there are few exeptions where it’s different people running the casino. You look a little insane though. The word roomate and rejected withdrawal have a strong correlation :p If you stop giving them your money now, it will only become bad memories. It seems you are in hell right now.

How do you plan to get your money exactly? Asking someone with the right contacts sounds better than any answer you could give.

Alright , Here we go again *facepalm* , Me and my friend both were playing on a few different casinos all which happen too be Softswiss white label casinos , Yoju.casino , baocasino , bitzstarz and whatever 40+ casinos they have... Just incase you didn't know any casino using Softswiss software meaning there white label casinos are actually run by Softswiss employee sense they deal with the financials and support for those casinos , you can find this out by doing research or just checking on there website.

We tried too make cashouts on multiple occasions on these casinos and both of our accounts were already verified from day 1 sense we are 2 people playing under the same roof we were marked as duplicate account creators so we had too verified our acounts before even being able too play just too get that out of the way for some morons in the comments * cough havlor*

following the terms and condition on the casinos website Which in one section says The withdraw limit is 2500Euro per withdraw unless specified otherwise , Go into the payment section under withdraws on there website and it clearly states withdraws are based upon withdraw method used . ( so this is there terms being misleading which is 2500 or the withdraw method we use ??

When we said fuck it we did 2500 $ withdraw too please these morons and than came the excuses from checking our bets which had me confused myself sense any casino will gladly tell you bets cannot be manipulated so why would they need to check them but anwyays... during this withdraw we were tolda manager was going too call us withing 1 hour time never happened and every few hours we would be told the same thing got fed up waited 24 hours for thsi *instant withdraw * stilll wasnt done , decided too just recall the money after awhile and play cause it was only virtual currency and we figured once we report this too the proper people they can see we were being screwed with and would fix it for us , Manager replies 3 days later saying he cannot refund the money cause it was played.

My problem here is if your gonna false advertise your withdraw processing times and limits and terms and condition are misleading as fuck than we should have full rights too refunds on our deposits cause you guys were cleary not paying us our winnings , and under consumer protection laws and criminal code of conduct which any casino even in curocao falls under , Services which we pay for are faulty or not working properly we can request refunds and etc and those were denied .

This was the main problem among the many that occured afterwards from them actually trying too blackmail my friend and not paying him his deposits unless he signed away his right to make claims against them , 1 live agent actually remove bonuses i paid for of my accounts for correcting him on a date shown in my history , The casino was using UTC time making us a 4 hour difference so when i would Dposit for a certain promotion late at night when i usually play sometimes after 9pm it would show on there system as a different day cause the timezone difference so they would use that against me too not pay me aswel ...

Countlesss problems , decided too report it too Softswiss themselves over skype , Was told a manager would be in contact and that they have sent my request too there appropriate department in there workplace , weeks later not a single reply or a manager contact too resolve this issue so now im just fed up and im sure most would be in my situation .

Sorry for the spelling in previous posts , this should clear up alot of problems im having and unfortunately this is not all the issues they have gave me and ive taken hundreds of screenshots and videos of these incidents .

I have tried too report too live chat agents obviously but just too add Softswiss live agents actually are the *managers* who they say you should email , incase anyone didnt know that , so reporting criminals too themselves is about as bad as reporting the police to the police ? nothing get done unless you get one honest person who will help you , maybe just maybe casinomeister you can help us in our situation not sure though.

I've contacted curocao license provider , they replied with they dont take complaints and blocked me from there live chat support .

than contacted the curocao gaming control board who than told me they were tasked with the licensing and supervision of the online gaming sector on behalf of the minister of finance and are setting up there policies and procedures so cannot handle cases right now .

So atleast if we get this out too the people than it might stop players from getting screwed by these people and yes i myself have recieved cashout of about 375$ from them and im sure they do pay out greater amounts but you gotta understand when they scam people amounts like they did too us for $15,000 those payouts are not even 1% of what these companies earn , its just greed and ignorance , figured they woulda paid up by now given ive sent them proof and i just get a :) as a reply gets anoyying.

Watch out when using live chat as they are running scripts that will enable co browsing and are able too access cameras , microphones and have saved another script they run which was collecting credit card information , Call me paranoid or insane and send me too the looney bin but here ya go and i wont release the other scripts because they highly illegal but this was one of their smaller ones which is still an invasion of privacy since we dont have a choice too deny it when we open live chat and there live chats are run by other companies so we dont actually have a chance too agree to their terms n conditions either :) your welcome folks

Right , my personal conclusion regarding online betting is bad. Even you guys here are trying to resolve issues , there are cases which casinos refuses to pay even if you blacklist them.
I am starting to think this gambling industry have strong political influences , and normally every country should have a body regulator on which every casino who accepts deposits from a citizen of a specific country should respect the terms and also conditions of that body. And also players can make claims against them contacting that body regulator. What is with this Curacao facepalm which do not resolve players cases?
i have right now an issue with a casino wich deny my winnings because my id is from a country wich they don't offer services , but i am resident of a country wich is ok. Never had this issue with other casinos with the same T&C. So who will punish this type of actions? Answer...NOBODY!

Well just hope casino meister and his experience has some information or something that may help us , im talking to a few lawyers and have emailed the founder of the international master of gaming law so hopefully he will have some insight aswel and once i get more knowledge of what we can do ill let everyone know and hopefully if i can get assistance everyone else affected by these casinos can also get they help they need

This is the part where you have no legal standing. Getting impatient and gambling the money before withdrawal is not in any way the casino's fault. I'm very sorry for you and your flatmate but I hope you just learned a very expensive lesson and don't lose any more money.

Well actually it's still has legal standing since ive been talking with lawyers and they did reject every single other withdraw themselves and they were not recalled so they have no excuse since 1 , false advertising the withdraw methods and limits and their processing times as Instant , when there not actually instant , 2. lying constantly too delay the withdraw processes and than claiming i must wait on a manager is not allowed ,


See as ive stated in above chat Softswiss white label casinos are all run by softswiss the support agents are the managers which i had confirmed this in chat with a few of them already , so in my case you think they would win in court after falsey advertising and if they didnt my withdraws woulda been instantly processed and therefor wouldnt have had 3 days too wait and be lied too or have the chance too recall it in the first place , its pretty techniqual and whatever but if you understand that they were in the wrong and none of this would even had been an issue if it wasnt for the false advertisment and misleading terms i would got paid ..

they hold no real authority too even accept players from canada , our country gambling laws are different for each province in canada so allowing canadian players as a whole which they have no right and their licenses actually have no right to do so either and than scamming players gives me alot of legal power against the company and given the fact ive got evidence of multiple ilegal acts including above where they are accessing microphones , camera and also credit card information is illegal also if you did not know ..

Im already talking too lawyers as ive stated and going too be to court for this at some point once we contact minister of justice , we are xurrently just gathering every piece of evidence and making sure its all in order for presentation and all that boring stuff , so even if for example i wouldnt have legal standing for 1 withdraw of 2500$
i have legal standing for the other $330,000 on the malta casino im dealing with who banned me than confiscated my money over making a third party deposit of 30$ in which my friend id himself and was the owner of the card and even after acknowledging this refused too pay and for this specific post the curocao casino would still owe me $12,500 without that 2500$

Than they would also have tpo justify themselves for misleading terms , lying , blackmail , manipulating games , and countless other shit i got them doing so either way i can take them out legally just time consuming as hell , thanks too covid and studf around here is just starting too re open , i just wanted the info out for other people too be safe and possible resolve this without the court but softswiss employees are too ignorant

But if you want anyone to take your complaint seriously, you need to reread the rules you agreed to, and abide by section 2.x.

Additionally, any further infractions of our rules will be dealt with in accordance to our weekend work schedules. So in essence your posting privileges here: - abuse it, lose it.

Well my im sorry but apparently calling someone insane and laughing at them while they are having a real casino problem tends too get on my nerves and sorry for the language not sure why people get so offended over language on websites that all adults but your rules are your rules ? ill try my best and again i dont know how too properly write a report after reading the rules many times now just something im incapable of doing so if i could have someone assist me me in writing the complaint for me so its allowed would that be okay ?

All of a sudden we have jumped from $2500 to £330,000 legally owed:lolup::lolup:, from a deposit of $30 from a friends card.

I'm sure your Team of lawyers and the Canadian Government will get every cent back for you.

You have no idea how KYC works once you win over a certain amount and would certainly take a lot longer or cancelled by using a 3rd parties card.

You need to go and sit in front of a mirror and vent, as reversing and losing was entirely your fault and maybe have read on this forum about Curacao Casinos and their licence's.
