    This casino has to be the biggest and most dodgiest online casino ive ever come across. I was niave enough to deposit £25 And I "won" £650. After initially asking me to send my docs and fill in a form I waited and waited and after 17 biz days it was still showing up as reverse withdrawal, no email to say they have recieved my docs or to say it's been processed. I go on their so called live chat , most of time they ignore you and the few times I have spoken to someone its always been the same answer And I quote 'are casino pat your money" !! So the first time i heard that unprofessional answrt alarm bells started ringing. After I kept pushing and pushing I spoke to someone called Pete who "seemed" a little but more genuine and came across as English and he said to me after all this time I need to send my licence pic back bec its too fussy, he said if i do that it would be sorted in a couple of days and surprise surprise im still getting blanked and still in the same position. This company needs to have its licence taken away (based in cyprus) and from what I can tell there's been many peep they have robbed.

    You have a PAB in progress on this topic so you should certainly have read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures .

    As such you will be aware of section 2.3, "DON'T sabotage your complaint", which clearly states that posting on our forums (or any others) while you have a PAB in progress undermines our efforts and wastes our time.

    Our PAB service is free but we do expect PABers to comply with the guidelines in the Policies & Procedures.

    Given that you have decided to post anyway I'll be closing your PAB effective immediately in order to work on other cases.

    I wouldn't worry too much about your PAB as this site is as rogue as f*ck anyway, a Rival games casino with no recognized license obviously taking unlicensed UK deposits assuming you're based where you say you are in the UK. I seriously doubt Max would have got anything but BS or talk-to-the-hand but nevertheless you've lost the 1% chance you did have.

    To all UK players:

    You CANNOT play legitimately at any casino with RIVAL slots!

    No worries, live and learn. If you think we can help you at some point in the future please do read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures.

    However, as Dunover said, the chances that we could have had a decent response from the casino are pretty slim. Better luck next time.
