Disconnection problem INetBet

Hi everyone.
Has any of you guys had connection problem with inetebet lately?
Am I the only one?
I ve had a tech at my house to chech my comp, he said everything was fine.
Today only Ive been disconnected 7 times already...........???????????
Alan is trying to help, but nothing seems to work.
He says that at best of his knowledge the issue was fixed.........
Ive had this issue for over a week now.
Any answer will be greately appreciated.

When I logged onto Inetbet, I couldn't get into the cashier section. It was unavailable but the games part seemed fine.
Then again I didn't stay on long so there very well could have been problems just I didn't stay on to find out.
 
today at least 5 times, yesterday i was not able to login. seem they have some serious internet line problems.




They said it looked like it was me the only one left with this problem.
Im kind of tired of loosing money this way.
Every time Im about 200 spin and supposely the feature is coming..........it happens........???????????:rolleyes:
At this point you have to start allover again........not fair..not at all.:mad:
 
I hope this gets resolved for you kakata....So many disconnects would drive me batshit.

Couldn't agree more Swamp. Kakata, I haven't played since the beginning of last week, but yes I did have major problems when I did. Support was awesome...they had me do a trace route or route trace, to try and determine where the disconnects were initiating from. I'm assuming that the signal "hops" through different servers on its way from us to them. They had said they were going to try and reboot the server that had been causing problems, and hoped that would resolve it. I hope the techs are working double time on this, tomorrow is CM Tuesday ya know. ;)

Everything working properly today.

Hope you have some luck now kakata now that your disconnection problems seemed to be solved. Looks like everything is working at Inetbet on this end as well. :)
 
I used to be a very regular depositor at inetbet & started to have terrible connection issues as far back as FEB 07( according to support I was THE ONLY person with a tech issue)... I did not have them playing at any other online casino...my son is pc savvy ( 3 years college in networking studies) & we have 3 pc's online at the same time & none of the other PC's crashed when I lost connection at inetbet. It really got old playing jittery slots that would crash...I was so annoyed one particular day that I deposited & played and the slots kept crashing...when support refused to give at least half my deposit back I decided not to try to pay to play there anymore...shame really as they are a good RTG casino...however good or no good I don't like playing slots that jitter around & no tech support from the casino to try and resolve the issue...I was on own wih this problem.

I am sorry you were experiencing some problems, however the recent connection problems were not an issue back in February.
