Disappointment with Bet365 casino

Hi to all,

Well, in short, after Bet365 obtained license to operate here in Bulgaria (late 2016), the casino offers us to play the tremendous amount of ... 10 slots ...
Yes, total of 10 slots for the web version, + a few more available only in mobile version.
At the moment we can play only oldest Playtech slots - Santa Surprise, A Night out, Football Rules, Mr Cashback, and Pink Panther. The rest are few jackpot ones - 2 Age of the Gods, 2 Batmans, 1 Superman.
Mobile version was almost empty until recently when they added Gladiator, Great Blue (yey), and few other old Playtech games.

As you all know, Bet365 portfolio of slots is huge and i fail to understand why they offer us so few games. We dont even have Vegas and Games sections open yet ...

I have asked the support many times about that and they always answer with "these are the games we can offer for now, we don't know if we are gonna open more games in the future" ...
I mean, why a fully licensed casino does not offer its full list of games?

And a question for you people, does any of you had similar experience, where a casino get license in your country and they start with few slots, and later they unlock all of their slots for your country?
I'm just sad i can't play some of my favorite games - Halloween Fortune, Top Gun, and few others.

Thank you.

It maybe due to licenses, or maybe bet365 sources these games from a 3rd party, who doesn't have licenses to offer these games in Bulgaria.
I see this all the time, depending on the casino. My advice is to find a better casino with more of the games you like. Just because bet365 has the famous brand name for sports, doesn't mean their Casino is up to the level of some others out there.

I'd say it is definately something to do with some kind of license or approval of offering these games in Bulgaria. Perhaps they opened bet365 just to attract sports players in Bulgaria and see the casino as a cross sell platform for this. Most of the times, these casinos do not your best interests or experience in mind, they just want 'a slice of the pie'

I bet with bet365 and betfair but do not play their Casinos as I do not like the games they offer, more like, I like the games they don't offer.
Good luck!

I thought when they got the license to operate casino here, they should offer all games. Because, prior to 2016 (when B365 got their license), we were accepted and could bet in B365, and all games and sections were available. Immediately after B365 were licensed here, casino games were removed and we were left with the ones i wrote in my 1st post. Its like we are geo blocked or something for most of the B365 slots. Also i am sure NetEnt slots are licensed for my country, but again they are not available in b365 for us.

Another confusing thing for me is - Betfair, also licensed company in my country, even before B365, and their casino section isnt even open yet ... A while ago ive asked in their live chat about the casino and was told they dont have a license yet ... which is not correct, because im literally looking at the list of licensed companies for my country (from our gambling commission), and they (betfair) are licensed for both sport bets and casino. After the chat, i have closed my account there as i don't believe they will open the casino ever.

Another big company - pokerstars, is also licensed here, their casino offers total of 20-ish slots, all of them from some unknown providers.

Bwin - pretty much the same as pokerstars

Anyway, i should take your advice and look for another casino to play. Thanks.

No idea if its the case here, but just because a casino has a license in your country, it doesn't mean the games providers allow their games there. eg, videoslots operate in canada, but you won't find any netent games for canadians to play. That could be the reason why you are having so few games to play.

Alright, but we can play some of the Playtech slots. If they dont want to us to play their games, wouldn't they remove all of their slots?
For example - italian version of Bet365 (i believe Italy gambling is heavy regulated like ours) the casino offers many more games, not all, but still a lot more than ours. Same with the spanish version. I just dont understand it.
And again - prior they got license here, althought blacklisted, we could play there (through mirror sites), and all games were available. They made mirror websites for us, so we could play there, means they care for our market, we are important customers, and now they are doing this to us. I just dont get it.

Slightly off topic - the reason im sticking to B365 and Playtech is because i have won 2 progressive jackpots there, and i love their games and im desperately trying to find the reason for the missing slots. I even wrote to Playtech, through their player inquiry form, but didnt get an answer.
Hell, both B365 and Playtech even own offices in my country ...
