I've made the second deposit in Crazy Vegas Casino and I'm having problems.
I accidentally click autospin of $0.01 per spin before depositing. So when i deposited, the bonus was added automatically.
I asked for the bonus removal but was declined and they said I've played already. It was purely accidental with only $0.01 per spin and I clicked stopped after I noticed.

Here's the chat log:
-----------------------------------------------------------
Me: just remove this bonus for once

Me: done? :)

Irina: Unfortunately we cant remove bonus at once. We can add you to no bonus list and you will not receive bonuses any more. But I can't remove your bonus from your casino account because you already started playing it.

Me: I didn't start playing

Me: This is because I forget to off the autoplay

Me: You can check, I already switched on the autoplay before I deposited

Irina: We can't remove bonus only can add to No bonus list.

Irina: And on next deposit you will not get any bonuses.

Me: You can put me to no bonus list

Me: But can you remove the bonus?

Me: Coz I don't want to wager.

Me: I accidentally on the autoplay while I deposited

Irina: Unfortunately I can't remove bonus.

Me: Please remove the bonus in my account, I'm sure you are kind enough to know that I've done it with no purpose.. I autospin at $0.01

Me: $0.01 my dear

Me: I accidentally press the autospin

Me: let me speak to your manager please?

Irina: Hold on please.

Irina: Thank you again for waiting.

Irina: Unfortunately supervisor declined and we can't remove bonus.

Irina: You already started using bonus.

Me: wow, I start using the bonus for $0.01 ?

Me: And you guys decline my request?

Me: I was deposit and the bonus automatically added without me asking for it.

Irina: As per terms and condition we can't remove bonus but we can add you to No Bonus list.

Me: I definitely have the case for this. It's autoplaying before I even deposit

Me: How can you add the bonus without me accepting to the bonus terms and conditions?

Irina: If you don't want receive any bonuses you must just let us know before you make any deposit.

Me: I never even agreed the bonus to be added.

Me: The casino is forcing me to take the bonus

Me: You all pretty well know if I purposely played with the bonus, it will not be autoplaying at $0.01 per spin!

Me: I will be playing at $2 - 3 or even $10 a spin

Me: Who on earth will spin $0.01 and get trap with a bonus?!

Me: It was purely accidental.

Irina: You received bonus automatically as per terms and condition that you accepted.

Me: I did not accept anything

Irina: You accepted our terms and conditions.

Me: Wow, such disappointment in service

Irina: Sorry for this. What you decide add your account to no bonus list?

Me: Please add to no bonus list forever.

I've still have a pending withdrawal in Crazy Vegas, and I don't know if my withdrawal will be processed early or late.

This seems odd.

In order to press autospin you have to launch a game. To play 0.01 accidentally you must have last played that game at 0.01

If you played BEFORE making the deposit, the casino is wrong, and you can prove it via Playcheck (use the "detailed" view option for the session where you first accidentally played 0.01, then deposited, and then had the bonus credited).

If the logs support your story, send them to the rep for a review of this decision, and if still unhappy, PAB.

It seems odd that they would create such a song and dance over a 0.01 bet that was apparently made before the deposit was made that triggered the bonus.

One standard for accreditation is that casinos must remove any bonus on the request of the player where said bonus was credited automatically. The proviso is that the player must request removal before they play.

The casino argues that you played after the deposit, but you say it was the other way around.

Yes, this can happen on MG casinos. You have the game open, and autoplay a small balance off to remove any previous bonuses and thus clear any bonus funds. IF you deposit any time BEFORE the slot has played the penny spins down to zero, the latest deposit will appear in your balance and carry on being used at the respective stake it was on.
I know it seems petty, but it is the player's fault and up to their discretion, but I can't see how their system can remove it ex post facto once it's been altered by having a spin or two.

The OP insists that this playing off of the balance was done BEFORE the deposit was made, so it may be petty, but if this was the case, the player is right and the casino is wrong.

The Playcheck logs will show the order in which these transactions took place, and thus settle this argument.

It should all fit on one screenshot, so let's have it please.

He did not say how many spins he played at 0.01 or how many lines. Pehaps it was 30 line slot that would be .30 a spin. Casino has every right to refuse his request in my opinion. Probably a bit more to the story.

While the sole spin at 0.01 does seem accidental the casino is correct in not removing the bonus. It is difficult for them to exercise discretion lest other who played 2,3 or 4 spins be making the same pleas for removal of bonuses. Just play out the wagering man. Who knows? You might just get lucky.

It was only $0.01 per spin on Agent Blonde. It autospinning BEFORE i deposit. BUT The manager still declined my request.
Well, I really got nothing to say, just disappointed. I already told them to put me in No bonus list FOREVER.
Isn't it stupid? It's was PURELY accidental... why would I want to abuse bonus by spinning $0.01 per spin?
Just remove the bonus for god's sake!

My initial balance was 40.00 while playing live baccarat.. so when I decided to deposit another 100,
and the bonus automatically come in. I never even opt for the bonus. You see, other casinos will ask
"Do you accept the bonus terms and conditions?"

Because of the stupid bonus of 20.00, I lost all my deposit for wagering. Very smart move of them.. very smart.
