Under Review Direx NV casinos are generating a lot of complaints

    WARNING: Players need to be aware that casinos in the Direx NV group are generating far too many complaints, most of which are simply being ignored. As such this should be considered a general advisory against this whole group: players are strongly advised to look elsewhere for their casino entertainment. Expect a lot of slow-pay, no-pay nonsense if you insist on playing at these casinos.

    For reference the casinos in question include the following, those we've had direct dealings with (complaints) are bolded:

    Update: based on input from the group rep I have ammended the list, the casino names with strikethrough are apparently closed or otherwise no longer applicable.

    In fairness I should say that a rep for the group contacted me immediately to look into unresolved issues. Of course we're happy to do what we can to see this situation improved.

    Update: the situation is not improving. The complaints against these casinos keep coming in, help and assistance is promised, but any request for proof of the casino's claims and/or detailed evidence goes unanswered.

    Without evidence to support them claims against "rogue players" and such can't be taken seriously.

    As good-willed as the rep may be the results are what counts and thus far those results have been very few and woefully far between.

    Ok, time moves on. There have been a notably fewer complaints relating to the group's casinos of late and the rep has been exceptionally diligent in getting things dealt with so I've agree that it's fair and reasonable to put this Warning on the "Under Review" list. If in due course there are no problems with the following terms then this Warning will be withdrawn:
    1. all outstanding complaints against the group here at Casinomeister are satisfactorily dealt with and closed.
    2. there are no unresolved complaints for the next 90 days.
    3. there is no further evidence within that 90 days that the group is routinely abusing players.
    If anyone has something to contribute or has evidence-based objections to this proposal please Report this post, Attn: Max, with your reasons and I'll happily look into it.
