Not rigged. But its funny how sites cannot manipulate slots, can not change RTP but its coming out that sites can chose pay out rate, they can load a guarantee bonus round, what else can they do what they are not telling us?

Legit software devs wont do anything to risk there license and casinos cant do anything to manipulate a slot. If it was found they were ... they would loose the licence ...
