Differences in customer support between operators

So, if anyone remembers my microgaming installation thread, I just got a new laptop. On Wednesday I tried to install iNetbet because I wanted to do the weekly freeroll. I couldn't for some reason and kept getting the error message "This installation package could not be opened. contact the application vendor to see if this is a valid windows installer." So I decide to try jackpot capital who I also have an account with. Same message. I decide to email iNetbet support and ask if they can help.

Well I still haven't heard back from them.

So, about 15 minutes ago i decide to email Jackpot Capital because they emailed me a free chip. 2 minutes later I get an email back that they are mailing a CD to me.

I am astounded at the differences in support between these two casinos. Two days and still no reply from iNetbet compared to 2 minutes from Jackpot Capital.
 
2 minutes - excellent time! :thumbsup: I'm sure there are not too many operators which respond in at least 1 hour...
