Question Did I win the jackpot? Atlantis Mystery on PartyCasino

Hello guy's,

There is a new slot on PartyCasino called, Atlantis Mystery. I started playing the game with playmoney to get familiair. Here I won the Hercules Jackpot 2 times in the game, by hitting 5 Hercules symbols. It is not a big jackpot, just a small one, starting at 1k.

So I started playing the game with real money and hitted the same again. Only this time I wasn't given the jackpot. I emailed support about it but they are very vague about it. They told me I only won 12 dollar of the jackpot but while I was playing it was on 1050 dollars. When you look at the paytable there is noting about this, only that you win the jackpot by hitting the 5 symbols.

Support already told me I acutally hit the 5 symbols, so why no full jackpot?

No, they don't need to be on 1 line. Support already confirmed I hitted 5 symbols but they are very vague about the jackpot.

As a follow-up to your recent query, please note that we have received a reply from our Technical Team. They confirmed that in the spin in question you got 5 Hercules signs when your bet per win was at 0.04 USD. That means you won 12.00 USD for that payline alone as there were no other active paylines. This means that the rest of the winnings you got (12.00 USD more) were part of the Hercules Progressive jackpot which is not part of the bigger jackpot we have but rather is a stand-alone in-game jackpot system or in other words an amount of additional winnings you can score.

It says in the paytable that the symbols need to be highlighted - perhaps they aren't and that's the reason?

Well, they are actually highlighted. See the screenshot with the 5 symbols.

This explains why the slot is called that way...it's apparently a mystery how it works and how you actually win the jackpot.
