Hi,

Diamond VIP Club Casino owe me $1700 for more than 5 months already. There is no discussion about the amount or about some bonus restrictions. They simply don't pay out.
I had 25 discussions with support where they always told me the same staff like "you will receive an e-mail from financial department within 48 hours", "you'll get payed soon",.....

It's impossible to reach someone who has more information and this support obviously is a pure fake.

So hands off, at this time they are definately fraudulent and it wouldn't surprise me if they would disappear in the near future...

You've cross-posted this at least three times, hijaking other threads in the process. BIG NO-NO! Do it again and your posting rights will be curtailed or withdrawn completely.

For details please read the Forum Rules (https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/help/forum-rules/
1.2 - No "cross posting". In other words, do not post the same message to more than one thread or topic section. Cross postings will be deleted and posting privileges may be suspended for doing so.
...
1.11 - Please do not exploit this board to promote your own personal agenda. If the moderators (and members) feel that you are spamming the board with links or ad copy to your website, harassing members with agenda laden posts, or consistently ragging on a casino that did you wrong, etc., your account may be suspended.
...
1.15 - Do not hijack threads. If you have something to say - say it, but please respect the other members by keeping threads "on track". If you have an issue that needs addressing, then please start another thread. Hijacking threads for your own agenda is not only rude, it is troll-like and can lead to a suspension.

I have no idea what your problem with Diamond might be that is holding up your payout. However, I can tell you that I have had nothing but excellent experience with them. Each week they approve payments on Thursday and my wire reaches the bank like clockwork either Monday or Tuesday -- so 2-3 business days after approval by the Finance Department.

Matter of fact I just recommended this site to another CM friend who is going to give them a try. I wouldn't do that to ANYONE if I had concerns.

Support is helpful and knowledgeable and definitely not a "pure fake". Have you sent emails to finance@diamondvipcasino.com? Your other option is to PM Noah who I believe is the Casino Rep for Rome partners that posts on this forum representing Diamond, Rome and some others that are affiliated.

So heed what Max said -- keep your comments to ONE thread and try to sort it out by going to the casino directly in a calm and business like manner. IMO

Hi,

sorry for crossposting but this guys really made me angry.

I wrote about 20 mails to finance@diamondvipcasino.com. There was no response at all.
And this support told me the same phrases in every discussion. They always advised me to write a mail to finance@diamondvipcasino.com or to stuart@diamondvipcasino.com.
They even themselves agreed that they cannot do anything as they are not responsible for payouts.

And I went to this casino in a calm and business like manner the first 15 discussions with support. I lost this manner when they told me the same stuff 15 times as in my opinion repeating always the same statement regardless what customers are saying is also not a business like manner.

I tried to PM "Noah" -- unfortunatelly I couldn't find a user with this username?

thx for your help & best regards

Roman,
A lack of response surprises me greatly. Were you polite and respectful when you asked your questions or did you blow your stack and get abusive? I can understand the frustration of being told the same thing over and over, but your experience is highly unusual from my dealings with them. Responses have always been timely and follow up has been good.

Apparently "Noah" represents Rome Casino, but not Diamond VIP which is one of the affiliated companies in the group.

I have forwarded your posting here to someone I know at Diamond VIP who "might" be able to help. I do this under the assumption that you have been totally forthright and candid with us here and in the hope that you haven't been totally off the deep end with them to the point they don't want to help you. I can't guarantee my help will result in anything -- but I did bring your complaint to their attention.

Now lets see what happens. Caveat -- I don't work for them, represent them, or do anything with Diamond VIP except play there as a satisfied customer. I also don't want to be the lightning rod for people who have Diamond problems when they come up. But I will try to help right now.

Update ---

My contact at Diamond VIP has looked into the matter (without sharing any details with me) and sent me an email this morning indicating that payment has been authorized to you.

I suspect you will receive an email or confirmation soon. From my personal experience once a payment has been authorized, it should arrive via wire within 2-4 business days. But, and its a BIG BUT, that assumes they already have all they need to process the wire successfully. Obviously I am an established customer so my payments come like clockwork without delay.

I have no idea what the hold up was or why it took so long ----- but I am confident that since I was told "payment was being processed" that it will arrive.

I don't represent them or anything, I just took a leap of faith that your problems were something that just needed to get in front of the right people and I offered to do that as a random act of kindness to a fellow CM member. So don't hold me accountable for however this goes -- all I did was try and help make a connection.

FWIW,

Diane

PS...........if this is resolved and you get paid. Please have the courtesy to come back on CM and let everyone know that it all worked out in the end

Hi musclemx,

According to the Casino records - you have $115 from an ND bonus that you haven't finished the wagering requirement on. Once you finish it you should be able to withdraw.

I am not sure I am reading this correctly. You received a ND bonus of $5 and ran it up to $148. You still need to complete wagering requirements but in the meantime you deposited $25 as a verification deposit to facilitate your withdrawal.

yes correct i play x 75 the free chip i complete the wagers , a represent me comment that i would deposit for widrawal. i deposit 25 for i can widrawal 148 later play others 25 usd and finally able for widrawal.. but i have 21 days whit today since the 20 august

Then its simple. You just have to show evidence that they told you wagering was met and that they required you to make a verification deposit for a withdrawal. If you can prove this, I believe Sean will do the right thing and process your w/d right away.

OP can do this on his own.

Top Game software allows you to check "Reports" and go in and see the wagering you did on any given date or range of dates. I used this feature all the time to verify where I am against my bonus wagering requirements.

Kudos to Diane for helping the people in this thread...

Stick to Accredited Casinos...

Nate

Thanks for the "nod" -- but I *like* helping people who need it. Like to give directions and share what I know when I think I can add value to a post.

In general, I agree with you on sticking to Accredited Casinos -- but we all know that there are many casinos that are ok for play that for one reason or another are not on the Accredited list.

What's more important is * STAY AWAY FROM THE ROGUES". In between there are many that are still ok to play at.

FWIW,
Diane
