Dessert Dollar took all my money

Thanks spear! Funny thing was, it was not the game you try to get royals playing, I was just hoping for 4 deuces on 2's wild power poker. Didn't get them but got the natural royal holding 4 diamonds and looking for the jack. It showed up on the 2nd line. I'm not complaining though!

Sorry to hear Vegas was so brutal on you. I'd love to get into a paigow tourney, love that game!

Vegas is the ultimate hard-sell - no matter what you do, you can't get away from the gambling :)

That Pai Gow Poker tourney was fun - I didn't know what to expect so I just did my thing, and won. I've always been lucky in tournaments, the only other tourneys I entered was the university's pool championship, and I won that too LOL - and another smaller pool tourney which I also won.

That is, unless you count one or two of those free slot tourneys in Vegas, neither of which I won LOL.

I never see a live tournaments. Sounds fun. Can I come to the Fooxwoods? Never been there, but I think it's 1 hour drive from my house.

Can I? Can I?.... I won't bother you! LOL.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for the kind words! Again, wtg JPM on your Royal (you know I am always rooting for you!) Also, wtg Spear on your tourney wins!!! You are right about them being time consuming. The $5000 NL tourney at the Borgata was a 3 day tourney!!!
I got bounced on day 2..lol.

Bewitch you can always come with me....I love you!! You never bother me...you are a wonderful lady!!

JPM, the "ugh" regarding Foxwoods is for many reasons...first of all they are sooooo expensive, I am used to getting everything for free in AC. For example, I stayed at the Borgata for 6 days, and I never played there before. I called, spoke to a host and told him to check my play at the Showboat where I get everything RFB. I was shocked, they gave me 2 rooms for 6 days ($3000 would have been the price) and picked up over $1000 in food. Also, Foxwoods is huge! I have to do alot of walking and my back and legs kill me after I am there for a day..lol. Plus I get lost alot..lmao. Hubby always has to show me landmarks in the hotel so I can find my room, the poker room and the casinos (they have about 5 casinos). The way they comp you is by points. I play in the casinos anyway, so I earn a decent amount of points but never enough to cover the trip. However, people are forever selling their points. Last trip I bought $1200 worth of points from a friend of a friend for $800 and they applied them to my room which was pretty cool. So, after paying for the room, food, etc. I had enough points to do some shopping. But basically, the fact that it is soooo big makes me nuts...I am always getting lost..lmao.

You are so sweet, Linda. It sounds fun to hang around at such big casino and watch people play. But I probably just say it and won't do it. I might lose control at casino. LOL!

There is kids festival here today and I am leaving now. Have a wonderful weekend to you all.

Good luck!

I have just received a phone call from Chad and Quinton who are the gentlemen in charge of security at Fortune Lounge.

I discussed the situation of the false document sent to Fortune Lounge.

I took the "heat" for this because, in actuallity, the document was changed by my son and I was covering for him. I do understand that we both did wrong and we are truly sorry for the trouble we have caused Fortune Lounge and Bryan Bailey.

Chad and Quinton accepted my apology and I wish Bryan Bailey will also.

This whole thing should have never happened and I assure you this will NEVER happen again.

Glad it was sorted out, FL.

Now you can go back to business as usual, cheating at blackjack.

WTG.

I wonder why anyone would think that the FL sites are rigged. I play at their casinos EVERY SINGLE DAY and I have never considered their software to be anything but honest. I like to play Stud poker, and the higher the stakes the better. One day, while playing 150-300, I had Aces in 3, naturally I raised, on 4th street, I upped my aces, now it was time to go to war. By the time we were going to the river (last card, dealt down)
there was only me and Marvin. Going into the river, I knew I had the best hand. However, at showdown Marvin showed me 3 deuces out of the hole. I burst out laughing so hard, simply because he ran me down with 2 deuces. This particular night, I lost about 28K...but it was, by far, one of the best games I ever played in.
Moral of the story....just because I lost, I was not cheated, it was not my night to win. Had the cards broken even, I would have made a major score, but that was not to be. Therefore, just because you lose at a particular casino, does not mean that they cheat. Perhaps you are not playing perfect blackjack, and are not doing so well with money management.

Caruso, curt as it was, I feel that this sort of comment is way out of line. Perhaps you thought it was a funny ha ha sort of response on your part, but to me and probably most everyone else, it was malicious and uncalled for.

Aces High kept $360 of my deposit (before I even had the chance to play) after they locked my account... they locked it because when I registered I used my name Chuck but my name on credit card was Charles.

This was quite a few months ago.... After lots of emails trying to prove to them that Chuck was Charles I told them to F&ck off and keep my money.... Better to lose (stolen) the $360 up front then losing a crap load more after tons of deposits then finally winning a jackpot and them keeping that to.

chuckwk,

From memory you brought this up a few months ago on one of those ezboard forums or at mycasinopions; I thought it was Golden Nugget that kept your cash, I must be wrong, sorry.

IMHO and taking this from the side of the casino, Chuck & Charles are two seperate names. And Chuck is not Charles; shortened name maybe, BUT it clearly states that YOU must REGISTER with the full name & address of the Credit Card. If it states Charles then YOU use Charles.

Who knows you could be some one trying to pull a swifty and if you lose you simply state a chargeback; Hey I didn't use it whoever did said my name was CHUCK!

Hopefully you can see the casino's quandary!

If the casino locked your account & kept your deposit, then this is BS. The casino should have refunded the money back to the CC, or in this case simply not processed the CC.

I'd be "Pitchin a Bitch" to the CM about this if I was you, to get your $360 bucks back.

Nope, I have had good experiences with the nugget and don't think I have ever made a comment about them, good or bad in this or any other forum...

But, I do participate at other forums, and your right, it was several months ago.

Yep, they kept the money.... I even went to the DMV and they made me a drivers license with the name Chuck on it and Visa bank card even sent me new cards with Chuck on them.... I faxed copies and they said NO. Their loss, I'm sure their bank company (proc) has records of my deposits with other affiliated casinos and they can see how much potential loss in deposits I would have made... I washed my hands of the $360 and I would not risk my credit with any other casino by making a chargeback.

I wouldn't 'write off' even $10. It's a principle thing. Chuck and Charles and Charlie are all the some name. Splitting hairs is not a license to steal.

Hip Hop

Like I said, I sent them many documents and nothing suited their needs. As far as I'm concerned they cut my losses very quickly... lol.
