It is though. You have been through 32Red's internal complaints. You've been through the ADR. You've been through the PAB. You were found to be wrong each time. Most members who commented on here told you you were wrong. It's time to let it go, and constantly bringing it up is bordering on harassment.

it's not though. it's not about my own case. It's an open forum to highlight these things. just look at fines dished out to kindred and indeed majority of all casino groups for similar failures. All i stated that it was double standards given the track record of that casino group. I'm sure last thing the original poster wants to hear is an affiliate telling him to join gamstop. What would you like Mark to say instead, hey, you're a problem gambler, come join 32Red? Or is he not allowed to say anything?
These things get highlighted all the time, 32Red's failings are well documented on here, including the initial decisions that lead to their penalties (they haven't been fined), I closed my account there because of their attitude to RG issues. What I don't do is follow Mark round the forum derailing threads to have a go at him.
