Deposits never reach my account - help!

    Happened five times now, causes problems for both casino and my gaming.

    Every time I deposit using the Microgaming platform, I input how much I wish to deposit press submit and the screen says 'Processing' and gets stuck on this for 20 minutes before timing out.

    The money immediately leaves my bank account then three days later shows up on my bank statement as Seabrook or Datacash.

    Problem is, the money never reaches my casino account and the casino says they have to wait five days for the log sheets for the payment provider - eventually, the casino credit my account manually.

    Is there any reason for this as the casino's are baffled and I'm getting fed up of waiting three days to play!

    This sounds like your payments are going to a bank outside the UK via an intermediary bank; the payments would debit your account immediately but not be cleared to the designated receiving account for 2-3 working days. The timing you mention fits in with this as the casino wouldn't be able to confirm this for 3-4 days after you initiated the payment. This however is not how MG usually work for UK players for that very reason - the delay is too long. Maybe your particular bank has checks for transfers to these particular processors if the money ever gets routed outside the UK.
