Yes, I've contacted rep about this before, they helped me in getting the deposit INTO my account, but clearly that's all they did because this is an every-time occurence .. Every. Single. Time... I deposit, the money disappears into the ether and takes several hours + requires me to contact the support to get the money into my account. Is this how an accredited casino operates? The Paypal deposit system is clearly flawed so maybe .. JUST MAYBE it should be removed from the site since it clearly does NOT work as an instant deposit method? Or at least add a warning along the lines of : '' Depending on unforeseen circumstances, such as the axis of the moon, your deposit may or may not appear in your account after depositing ''.

And sure, 32red isn't obliged to do anything but I'd have expected something .. anything, as a form of apology maybe since this is something that happens every time I deposit but I guess I'm just not a valued player since I'm a low-roller.

And yeah .. I could've used something else to deposit but Paypal is by far the easiest, faster and most hassle-free way to deposit when I'm outside and want to play a bit on my mobile. Or supposed to be at least .. until I get thwarted and realize I can't play anyways until I get home and am able to sort it out with the support.

And yes, I'm angry/annoyed/frustrated and what have you, and I really only wanted to write this to vent about it but hey just maybe it'll magically fix itself after this post.. maybe. Well, probably not. Whilst writing this, I've received a notification from the support that the money is now in my account and that it should not happen in the future but it isn't the first time I heard that so yeah, I'll post this anyway and see what the folks at CM think about this.

Had 3 scenarios @ 32RED in the 4 years i was active:

- Neteller - 1 deposit not credited, took a few hours to sort - apparently Neteller's fault although the amount was taken from my balance
- Ecopayz - 4 deposits not credited, between 10mins - few hours to appear in my account - again being told EP's fault, although money was gone from there
- Deposit credited, DOTD not credited - countless times

Hence, not as many times as in your case, money swerving around somewhere in "Nirvana" and it was every time annoying. Apparently never 32RED's fault, although the amounts were gone from my e-wallets.

Never happened on any other MG download casino, maybe just coincidence that it never did.

EDIT: Maybe you could PM Mark to ask him to look into your case as to what happened exactly.

Frustrating appreciated but other ways of getting help than ranting.

32 Red deposit methods / History

Debit Card / Visa Electron - Worked first time every time
Skrill - Worked instantly, every time
Paypal - used less often admittedly, worked immediately every time.

Forgive me if I am wrong but I feel you're trying the old school Paypal ( ;) ) deposit method, this has been blocked by paypal and NOT 32 Red

Yeah the system is still somewhat flawed in regards to payments, like I mentioned before it's all very well renovating the site but it's of little comfort if the same old problems persist.

Obvious solution would be to refrain from using Paypal for the time being and use another method? PP may be convenient mostly but seems to be giving you jip.

And please don't get Harry started on 32 Red. I can see the veins in his neck bulging already

The 'convenience' with Paypal until recent months was that in a scenario where you maybe fancied a deposit but all your funds were 'physical cash' in your pocket/the house and you'd taken all your cash out of the bank/Paypal account, it would still let you deposit (yes even tho bank and Paypal balances were £0.00)

The obvious answer would be to go any purchase Ukash (back in the day) but more recently Paysafe card.

However we all have those lazy, CBA to leave the house days so on these occasions the old 'Buy Now, Pay later' would be a sort of short term fix.

32 Red would get their funds (ie: your deposit) straightaway and then PP would create a direct debit (one off payment) to your linked bank account.

This was not 'free money' just a 'don't have to leave the house just yet' scenario. You would still have to get to your bank and pay in the amount to cover the transaction within the next 2-3 days.

I can only assume players were taking advantage left, right and centre of this and hence PP (although they were not particularly losing anything) had to put a block on this method.

I have a friend who a few years back hit a real rough patch and needed cash for essentials, he used this method to deposit £200 into his Ladbrokes sports book account, did not bet a single penny but simply walked to our local Laddies shop and withdrew the cash, sort of a short term 'get out of jail' loan but without the hassle and the interest

Very true Jon & excellently put. I used Paypal for these very reasons myself back in the day, it was like getting two deposits for the price of one! It'd be 'ooh, just got £20 in my bank account, I'll do the PP deposit AND later on £20 from my debit card'

Great at first but not so spiffing two days later when there's a 20 pound -shaped hole in your finances goddamit.

So yeah it was an exploit and I'm glad it's been addressed somewhat, must have caused people all manner of aggro in the long run. Don't really use Paypal anymore but when it came to withdrawals it was always the bomb. No fees and instant bank transfer

Hahaha mate.... nah, i am completely relaxed. :D

Only listed my mishaps. And it might not have been 32RED's fault either.

The funny part was that nobody would be able to tell me where the money was. One side saying - "Yes, it was sent"; the other side - "No, nothing received"; Me frustrated in the middle with uploaded funds gone from the wallet and no funds to play

That's why I said: "swerving in Nirvana", doing a few extra loops around the "WORLD WILD WEB" because it would always suddenly reappear. The even funnier part was though that even then nobody would be able to tell me were the money had been all that time, with periods ranging from 10mins - a few hours. Nobody seemed to be able to trace the journey, which was somewhat worrying as you would think there is a trail left for every step of the transaction.

True true. I've always been 'blessed' in that casinos are amazingly efficient at taking my money in whatever form it arrives. At one stage they were considering the 'Goatwack's Shirt Off His Back' method, in the end I negotiated with them and they now accept shirt buttons and Monopoly money!!

No but seriously, if my money got lost in the interweb for prolonged periods I'd be peeved for sure. Bad enough if there's a delay for £20 or £30 deposits but maybe not so much fun for higher depositors. Can't be comforting knowing that a grand or two is swirling around helplessly in cyberspace with no one being accountable for it :mad::mad:

My guess from something similar and regular (not gambling related) happening a hwile ago is it would have been sitting in a data batch that was awaiting processing. Depending on the financial institution, they do them either immediately or in batches every 1/2hr-1hr, 1-2hrs, 4-6 etc.. (times are made up by the way but no doubt each and many more are used by at least one FIN. INST. out there) Once the batch is big enough or the manager comes back from an extended lunch, off it goes or in it comes when the servers on receiving end have the room.

Pure guesswork, but i reckon im right B-)
