Deposits Going Astray

    For the second time in a few weeks I have had two deposits not land in my casino account (accredited MG casino). The first occasion was a c/card deposit with a prepaid, non reloadable visa. Issuing institution said money was sent, casino says sorry did not receive.

    Tonight, deposit to same casino via Poli - money taken from account, bank records reflect transaction processed, casino says sorry is pending which is odd considering should be instant or within an hour anyway.

    I understand these things can happen (MG casino tells me chances are one in a million that it could happen to me twice.......major jackpot odds...yeah right).

    I am peeved at casinos attitude - I provided all details from my bank statement (transaction number, accounts etc) but no they will not do anything unless they have proof by way of bank statement before they actually do something. So I jump through all their hoops send them through screen shots etc etc and this was 7 hours ago. Now they have left for the day, the email whilst received from me was not forwarded to the operations group, before you know it 24 hours pass.

    On first occasion it took 6 days before I saw my funds - I expect tonight's episode will probably be the same. The impression I was left with again was oh well, it does not happen often sorry will look into it.

    Why do the casinos have 2 days for everything? Players give instantly, everything we get is minimum 2 days. As a result this fiery one has told them she will be closing all accounts with The Palace Group (oops).

    Who will expedite the fastest response as I do not imagine it will be the casino; my bank or Poli? Legally whose responsibility is it?
