So I wonder .. did I just completely screw myself over? I'm new to ecopayz but I figured I'd give the virtual card a go because withdrawing from ecopayz to your bank account not only takes several days, but has a huge fee, and I didn't have funds elsewhere to deposit from. So I thought .. Hey I'll try it .. if it doesn't work that's cool.

But it did work. And now Kaboo wants a photo of my supposed credit card, which I cannot provide because the card doesn't exist. The ecopayz virtual card is a one time use only card, and well obviously I can't take a photo of something that isn't even physical. The withdrawal itself is a bank transfer which would work fine regardless but that card thing is a bit of an issue ..

Normally I'd go ask live chat before writing here but well you see .. I did, and I waited over an hour with the message '' You are number 1 in line '', and nothing. Absolutely nothing. Yet it claims live chat is available until 1am every day. What a load of fucking bullshit that is.

Anyways anyone have any experience depositing with virtual card or is it something that you should not do in the first place? Mind you, there's proof on my ecopayz account that I've used it but it does not display the full card number on it's details.

The screenshot from your Ecopayz account showing the card details and another one from the transaction history should be sufficient proof for Kaboo.

    Never used it though myself.

No. I have never ever had to issue a copy of my Ecopayz to any casino and I virtually use it at all casinos that accept it. I do have an actual card as I wanted it for withdrawal purposes at ABM's but like Harry said a screenshot should suffice. And, why are they even asking if you are verified? Or are you verified?

Ecopayz is my preferred method of deposit/withdrawal.

I'm not verified. It was my first deposit at Kaboo. Using ecopayz as an e-wallet is one thing, but I used the ecopayz Virtual card. As far as Kaboo is concerned, I deposited with a Master Card so they want a copy of it. Kaboo does not offer ecopayz as a payment method on it's own so I had to use the VC. I have ordered a real card from Ecopayz as well for withdrawal purposes, but as I'm new to eco I only did it recently so it'll take some time to arrive. And I dunno if it even works as a deposit method because the Skrill card which I have sure as hell does not (in most casinos).

Anyways I finally got in touch with live chat after waiting two million years and he said it '' should '' be okay to send a screenshot of the virtual card statement + account statement but we'll see. I've sent them in just now and I'll report back when I know more.

Honestly I'm also a bit worried about the fact that some casinos force you to withdraw the sum of your previous deposits to the payment method you've used, and only the excess winnings can be paid to other methods. Because the card literally does not exist anymore as it is one time use only, I'm pretty sure it can't be withdrawn into either.
