Your bank will fund paypal. paypal will fund netspend all-access visa, you can deposit, but not withdraw with this method. You have to try the visa option where you want to play to know if this will work.
Eco card: You can play anywhere in the whole wide world right now with this 'card'. If the house doesn't use it for deposits and withdrawals, I wouldn't play there with real money anyway.
Fund by western union for now. Person to person, so to speak. Once money is in the system it is easy to move around. Cash-out fees can be a bitch for low-rollers.
ACH will be a 'done deal' at least 21 business days before July 9 at the latest. I would not opt for this option for withdrawals, starting today, or actually a couple of weeks ago because of processor problems.
If a processor uses ach any where near the window (the rules could be handed down any day now and may have already been) I would consider them a doj shill/rat/snitch, and your financial info will not be safe. Just my opinion. There are always incompetent casinos who may try to do the right thing, but they should not be trusted either way in my opinion.
Best bet? Forget online gambling for awhile, wait for it to shake out, or take your kids to circus circus off your winnings! Then call it good for awhile
