Deposit Limits - my Experience

Well, I decided to set deposit limits around Christmas at a highly accredited casino but messed up, not realizing they are effective immediately. Just wanted to set them for January 1 but ended up preventing myself from depositing. Tried to change them and made things worse so contacted support. No help from them so waited it out.
Allowed to deposit last evening (midnight UK time) and won $600 so withdrew $500.
This morning my WD was reversed with no reason except to make it look like it was my idea and to go have fun!!
Then I got another email when I questioned it stating it's to do with "safeguards"
Right, so it's there for me to spend again, a bit of a contradiction isn't it?!
Then another email stating it was reversed so have some fun!!
I have already had a WD processed with no problem a couple of weeks ago and had to have docs verified before I could WD.

I have contacted the rep for this casino so this is just a heads up. You will be hit left, right and centre and made to look like a problem gambler if you set limits.

Just my rant, it maybe different for you.

I've had a casino PHONE me once to ask if I would part-reverse some winnings, with the added perks of enhancing my fun. I won't mention the casino (Betway)

So I got a reply from support and was told that I reversed it, not them. I have no idea what happened.
Will see if the WD goes through this time.
I'm losing faith in the antics of some of these casinos.
Got an email the other day stating my $400 deposit was received and to have fun with it.
It wasn't my deposit, but the amount was the same as the WD I made several days prior. Shoddy support I think. Really don't know what to expect, just grateful there are reps here to help sort things out.
Edited to say it was support who contacted me, not the rep for the casino.

I heard from the casino rep and was told I did initiate the withdrawal, I'm quite surprised at this but will accept their word. It's very easy to click the wrong button I guess.
Apparently I raised red flags by reversing the withdrawal plus trying to change my deposit limits. That's understandable.
Anyway, all has been straightened out and my WD has been processed.
