Is it normal for a casino to not allow withdrawals for 10 days after a Neteller (balance) deposit? Aren't transactions between Neteller and the merchant settled a LOT faster than 10 days?
I had to deposit at a new casino in order to be able to withdraw winnings on a free chip, and have to wonder if that's just part of a ploy to get me to lose the winnings and deposit to them.
Since the 10 day thing is in their T&C, I see no reason to post their name or address here... yet. I'm slightly worried, though... doesn't an obscene hold time generally indicate cashflow issues?
