Hi Venetian: Netspend works great at all casinos... however, I have had problems just getting mine loaded through WU - which is the only way I know of to load it... I wouldn't want to deter you - because my problems with the card may have been unusual.. Netspend could not tell me why and admitted they have had some situations where WU declines to load the damn thing...and believe me it's very frustruating to keep trying - I closed my account with them today - I just got sick of trying. I really hope this was an unusual glich and doesn't happen to anyone else... Otherwise... it really worked great for me..:sob:

i also had trouble with w/u as they cost 4.50 to reload, so i have been going to one of those check cashing places and the cost is 2.00 flat fee on whatever amount i send. i have had no probs, knock on wood with qt or netspend:).........laurie

Hey Venetian, I am in NY and I am finally able to gamble again thanks to Netspend. I bought the card at a local supermarket and gave the cashier cash to put on it. The card in the pack is an ATM card and you cant use it to gamble until you get your real Visa debit card in the mail about 7 days later.
I gambled that money and wanted to reload the card so I bought a reload pack and again funded it with cash at the supermarket.
For some reason it worked only once at The Gaming Club but I have been able to use it at Casino Grand Bay and This is Vegas.
Hope that helps!

I ended up not buying one. They only had Mastercard and I chickened out. I just saw a thread about QT's withdrawal fees going up to $30! All this is so much BS. We should be able to play just like the rest of the world. Very frustrating. I still don't know what to do.

I just located a Netspend location in my town....you guys are SURE this will work right?? I hope so I am dying to play. I won about $80 off a couple MG tournaments and played for a few days and withdrew $500! I am waiting the 3 weeks till I actually get it. Wish me luck with this. If anyone knows anything else about Netspend good or bad please tell me right away. Thanks!!!

if it didnt work you can take the cash out of an atm. not like you wil lose it. i have also used netspend for ach withdrawls and it works fine.

One thing I learned about the Netspend cards...it matters where you go to reload them. For instance, at our local check cashing place (Ace) you can load up to $10,000 on them. At the local grocery stores however, they only allow $500 per 48 hour period. Also - like most other posts have indicated, these usually work everywhere online. However, I did run into a situation with a couple of MG casinos in which I had to try it twice for it to go through.

This is all so confusting

I, like Venetian and some of the others, are itching to gamble again, but after reading all these posts it just seems like so much hassle to deposit and to get any withdrawls should I be so lucky. I will keep reading this and the other threads to see if there is even one good casino that doesn't make it so difficult to deposit and still pays. I don't get a lot of free time to visit the check cashing places, etc. What would work for me the best is someplace that would take a credit card or bank deposits. What's the deal with ewallet?
Anyone used that? What I don't want to do is to download some of these casinos just to find that I can't deposit. Crumbs up my laptop to do that.
Thanks for all the advice here.

ewalletExpress?

Kind of pricey for deposits - 8.8% for instant e-checks. Withdrawals are 10% to your bank account.

The only problem with them is you're stuck with various poker rooms, RTG casinos or 3Dice. MG casinos don't accept it.

I'll start a thread in the poker forum but it looks like epassporte is gone as an option for U.S. players and maybe everyone. Several sites have already removed them as an option and nobody has been able to get one processed for the last 10 hours or so. A well respected poster broke this at 2+2 a few hours ago and it appears to be true.

The MiniVegas Group accepts it....

firstweb takes my debit card but charges 24.99 for a $25 minimum deposit, I guess it looks like a valid merchandise purchase. I have not won at firstweb in a looooooooong time so I do not know how fast they withdrawal

I play at inetbet using quicktender which is $50 minimum deposit. I withdraw quickly to quicktender but it's $30 to stick it back in your bank account.

Inetbet has smooth transactions if your faxback is on file and you use quicktender.

In addition to what Rob stated above about MG and EWX, withdrawals to one's bank account are 10% or $150.00 whichever is less (as if the word "less" is some kind of consolation prize:eek2:)

YIKES!

Boy they have made it expensive to get any winnings! They get enough of my money as it is. I think I will just extend my break from gambling until I find a good method to deposit and withdraw. I will keep an eye on things here. Thanks for all the advice. Good luck to everyone.

I always reload my Netspend through Paypal. There are no fees that way. It usually takes 3 business days to get from my bank to Paypal and another 2 or 3 business days to get from Paypal to Netspend. I just load it up at the beginning of the month with everything I plan to spend at online casinos and that's it. You can't withdraw from Netspend to Paypal though. I'm still looking for a good withdrawal method besides getting a check. I was really happy when 3dice sent me a postal money order.
