It doesn't matter what the OP did or didn't say. The responses from CS are an absolute disgrace, AND obviously your contact did NOT address it at all as this is a recent chat I.e. not the first time.
Even worse....your contact is basically excusing this kind of unprofessional crap by defending it with "well we were sworn at etc". What a crock of shite.
I just cannot believe that you're promoting these guys. Even without the latest nonsense, they've had a shady history. IMO, continuing to promote them is tantamount to endorsing this crap and makes you party to their disgraceful antics.
When are affiliates going to step up and stand up for players and take a zero tolerance attitude to piss-poor treatment of players and rogue payment terms? As they say, you lie down with dogs, you wake up with fleas.
I mean, you're not even certain whether they're a white label. The website suggests they are.
The previous poster asked a great question.....why refund the deposits? Think about that for a moment. If ALL the withdrawals have been PAID, then WHY would they refund the deposits?? Easy answer....because all the winnings have NOT been paid.
It appears your contact has led you up the garden path.....which is no surprise given their past attitudes and behaviour.
