Delano Casino and suspect game logs

Before I post my full story here i'd like to hear from anyone else who thinks Delano might have sent them false statements about their total wagers for a promotion, even going so far as to claim turnover was on games that had never been played ( but of course only count as 33% towards wagering requirements)

well it's all sorted out now, delanos concede that the game log they sent had no similarity to actual play , that I don't owe 10 000 extra in wagering and have given me 10 bucks as an opology. Hopefully it was a genuine mistake ( but i am confused as to how such a mistake could happen)
