Delano casino has been down for 1 days and their homepage are redirecting to realtimegaming.com now. Yesterday their customer service told me they was upgrading the software but today they told me they have no idea delano will come back or not and they knew nothing what is going on there. Anybody happens to play there recently? Is it possible they are out of business and run away with all of our money? Any suggestion are welcome and appreciated.

The homepage is just down, it doesn't seem to be redirecting to anything. The software is down, too.

If they're gone, RTG will be left with a load of debts to cover. I hope you have a note of yor exact balance.

Actually when you input delanocasino.com, it will bring you to realtimegaming.com. By the way, are you sure RTG be responsible for delano's debts?

On paper RTG is not responsible for the debts but it will reflect poorly on them when one of their licensees disappears into thin air with their customers' money.

Now, if memory serves me correctly...
Wasn't Delano involved with "The Pirate" and his winnings?

Delano took about 3 weeks to pay me on a reasonable win a few months back. I took this as a bad sign and did not return.

The fact that delanocasino.com redirects to realtimegaming.com is a bad sign. I'd pitch a bitch and see if the 'meister can look into whats going on.

That would be some pretty good advice bpb. Bryan seems to have a pretty decent line of communications into the upper echelons of RTG. Have a good one.

You might also want to keep in mind that Delano and Hampton Casinos are both part and parcel of the Connect To Group of casinos.

RTG's modus operandi seems to be to sell-on failed casinos to their larger licensees who then are supposed to look after the owed players.

This doesn't always work so well, because sometimes the failed licensee is claimed to have "cooked the books" and indicated players paid when they have not been - there was a hassle with the Cloud takeover of the J C Jones group on that awhile back.

Anway, it is early days. We've requested a comment from RTG on this, but our comms with them do not always work as well as Bryan's (he's away at the moment)

Hmm, I have about $1700 in Delano. Needless to say that's a huge amount to me. Now when I input You must register/login in order to see the link. I'll end up to You must register/login in order to see the link.. I have sent e-mail to winwardcasino and filled the form of Montana Overseas player dispute system. Now I just wait to hear something new...

Delano is sister to Winward, in case that wasn't obvious.

Something's definitely up here - I had the same experience as above when I tried to access Delano - ended up at Winward which is a DCEG-Parley powered operation.

I have been trying to prise an explanation out of RTG for the past two days but they seem to be strangely reticent to give one. And Winward just ignores our emails looking for information.

All in all it's a helluva way to run a railroad!!

In case you didnot know, you can call 1-800-274-7345 and ask Cristie. She is the only person that can access delano player's database.

I just fired off an email to Winward that may just get them to let me in on what is going on. You have to say the right thing to them. I will post their response when I get it.
